I’ve never been inside this location but I can say the drive-through service is always on point. The food is always hot and I’ve never received a wrong order because they always verify what you chose. During busier times like lunch, they are still fairly good about keeping the line of cars moving. Of all the McDonald’s in the area, this is my restaurant of choice

Extremely rude service and they ALWAYS mess up my order at the drive through. If you order nuggets or sauce, expect to pay for and order 3 sauces and get 2 different sauces. One time I asked for a cup of water at the first window and they said to ask for it at the second window. The second window manager came up and told me I needed to go around again. When I told her the first window cashier told me to ask for it here she gave me a water and said don’t forget to order a water next time and slammed the window hard in my face. This location is CONSISTENTLY bad. Worth the extra 5 minute drive to go to another McDonald’s on the loop.

If I could give no stars, I would. This location is the worst of all McD locations when it comes to getting the orders correct and complete. I typically use the curbside service or drive-thru. When placing orders for chicken nuggets and I indicate I would sauce, I NEVER get them. I rarely get napkins with the order. Today I also ordered and paid for 2 apple juices but none was provided for.

Disappointed. Service was not the greatest and the food wasn’t cooked. I asked for BBQ sauces and didn’t get any, only 3 straws for 4 drinks and an undercooked burger. The lady handing me my drinks didn’t wipe them down so they left my hands sticky when grabbing them. I asked for a cup holder and with an agitated grunt she just said “We don’t have any.” After getting home, I bit into my burger and realized the texture was extremely mushy only to look down and see what is pictured in the photo. Not happy. I won’t be smiling. Tried calling to complain and no one answers. The line just rings and rings.

Mcdonalds gave me cold old fries and burgers. It was not a mistake. The guys were laughing and made a comment: nice fresh food for you sir. The fries had weird black bits and may have had what could have been bits of trash on it. The burgers pattys were dried out and the ketchup looked like it had time to sit on the bun too long. I tried calling right away no answer. This is disgusting they are going to make someone sick.
