Had a burrito it was pretty good. Rice was on the salty side. I finished my burrito and called the manager to let him know about the rice. He said he would check and fix rice or throw it out if it was too salty. He was very professional on the call. It’s very nice to see a manager who cares about the product. I didn’t get a name but I just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager on duty at 11:30am on January 31st, 2026. Have a great day.

Ive not had a problem at a chipotle before that I can recall. Generally 4-5 stars I’d say. However, I don’t think I’ve come across an employee so rude to a customer as at this chipotle tonight. My mom was buying 3 burrito bowls. When she got her receipt after paying, we saw they charged us for 2 things we didn’t order. so she asked for a refund for those items. The first employee just kept saying that we had ordered those on our bowl, though we explained we did not and that they were not in our bag. He kept insisting and wouldn’t refund us. Finally he made us open all 3 bowls (that he personally had just put together) to prove we didn’t order those things. Then said, “so you really want me to give you just a couple dollars back?” With a tone like we were being picky. My mom did want the $5 back. He didn’t know how to refund so When the other employee finally went to refund my mom, she kept telling my mom to enter her credit card so she could charge her. It was confusing since my mom thought she was getting a refund. There were about 5 receipts in the employees hands so my mom was asking see them so she could sort out what was happening. That’s when the employee got really rude…she wouldn’t give the receipts and when she finally gave one receipt she did it with a mocking tone, critical, blaming my mom. I finally spoke up and the employee started raising her voice and me and my mom making rude comments. She had my mom enter her credit card so many times and there were probably 6-8 receipts in the end. I wouldn’t be surprised if my mom was charged even more than the original overcharge.
The lady in the line behind us started making comments about us holding up the line and my mom felt terrible apologizing to everyone. The employee just rolled her eyes and kept blaming my mom. I finally just walked out so I wouldn’t get upset. I have literally never seen rude service like that. My mom is in tears.
The food was nearly cold and they only gave a few pieces of meat and beans. We usually enjoy chipotle but this is not a good one – go elsewhere.
They had 2 staff that we saw on when we came tonight on 9/11/25. Our receipts are timed from 7:43-7:47 pm for reference if supervisors need that info.

This location is healing. Lunch crew on 1/25 is killing it. Even the online ordering a couple weeks ago was great! Great portions, fast service. I deleted my previous review/picture of a very poorly assembled burrito.

Rice always seems to be undercooked every time I decide to go there. Found a piece of plastic in my meal today. Gritty and crinkling lunch.. overall not a great experience.

To be fair, I’ve only frequented this establishment one time. There is another one that I go to much more frequently that is close to my house in the same city.
In this case, I ordered online for the first time. I was hesitant at first because I wouldn’t be in the line watching how much meat they put on the carnitas burrito. (I have had to correct a low meat portion, at times, at the restaurant that I do frequent.)
What I feared came true. The burrito was all the vegetables with a tiny shred of meat that I would have refused to pay for had I been there in the line to see. It was the closest to eating a vegetable sandwich that I’ve ever come.

Never coming back here. I got 2 burritos last night. While i was standing right there ordering another employee was taking temps of everything. Didnt even pretend to wipe or clean the stabbing part between foods. A piece of chicken was stabbed onto the thermometer and went right into the next container. Everything is mixed and now i now why i get pieces of crap i didnt order in my food there. Never again. Gross. Not only that, but you say you want a tiny bit or a little of something and they still load it on. I asked for light cheese and i got extra cheese. Idk why this place and most chipotles suck now because of the laziness.

Food was good. Service was odd.my friend and I went in to eat some lunch on Sunday, we asked for water cups as we usually do at every chipotle. The cashier then tells us that they don’t have water cups which was fine. But as we sat down and ate he gave water cups to the people who were behind us in line. Im not sure if it was because the color of my skin or if I came off as rude. Very rude and ruined my lunch. Wouldn’t recommend this location!

I typically dont leave reviews but I just have to give recognition when it is due. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with this young gentleman a few times coming to this location and I would have to say this young man always give great customer service, the store is clean. I see him helping his team and going above & beyond. I came in tonight and he happen to be working on the grill so I was shock to my surprise he was one of the managers. You dont see alot of managers working hard like everyone else but I always see him working right along side his team that’s just amazing to see that keep up the great work young man. You and your team gave great customer service tonight.

This Chipotle has much shorter lines than the location next to BWW. And their food seems to be just as good or better. Don’t bother placing an online order, it will take way longer than just going inside and ordering.
