This McDonald’s location has been the slowest I’ve been to in the North Texas area. The employees, especially the female supervisor on weekend mornings, are incredibly rude and ignorant of their store problems and offer no support for order issues. Their Mobile Order system appears to be broken constantly and will end up charging twice for the same order without refund. Their food quality also appears to be inferior to other stores in the same area of Frisco. Overall, I would avoid this location if possible for the poor and slow service by the female supervisor with poor food quality.

Extremely unhappy. People, Check your food before you drive off. I wanted to try the Double Cheesey jalapeño bacon QPC. Went and picked it up and paid. Sat in traffic to get home and it’s not even a double meat, it’s a freakin single meat. I’m pissed because I was charged for a double, but with traffic the way it is out here, I would spend more in gas and time to go back up there to get the correct burger, than the difference in the price of the double and single. I have had coworkers go back up there multiple times after getting food and coming back to work because they don’t listen to your order, charge you for the items, but give you the wrong thing. Just go to a different McDonalds.

This location is terrible. Went on Friday and ordered inside. Waited for a while and noticed everyone after me was getting their food so went to counter and noticed my order sitting there and asked the lady of it was ready and she basically ignored me. It sat there another 8 minutes and she finally grabbed it and handed it to me. So, 20 minutes after order I get my cold food and soggy fries. I was super hungry so I ate it but definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Literally ordered through doordash my raspberry drink, got a totally different thing, And on top of that I get an iced coffee drink being lactose intolerant. Called McDonald’s and they just said “oh well come get it” not even an apologize really bad costumer service. They so lazy to even tell the dasher to communicate with me to get another drink. Never in my life have I ever ordered McDonalds fries and they come out this salty. I don’t understand, you have a very simple job. Don’t over-salt the fries, yet they still manage to hire employees who can’t follow simple direction!? Common sense says it’s better to under-salt than over-salt, but some genius new hire went crazy with the salt. Not trained properly or managed properly at this location. Unbelievable.
