We’re so glad this location has reopened we missed eating McDonalds. This locations the only one we frequently visit and it’s right down the road from us. It’s not worth the trouble we go through with the other ones in this part of North Little Rock. Waiting in the drive thru FOREVER to deal with employees that are rude or short with you and our orders ALWAYS messed up or the food is mediocre at best. But at this MacArthur location its very small and quaint. The food is great. The employees are so sweet and friendly. We’ve never had any problems here. Stephanie i believe is one of the managers there and she is the sweetest nicest person. There customer service has always been great for us. Wether we go through the drive thru or walk-in its always quick and easy. Thank you too everyone who works there.

I know it’s not up to the employees, but I really wish they would bring back the biscuits and gravy. I’m losing interest in the breakfast options and getting food elsewhere for biscuits and gravy. The employees were pleasant, and the food was made correctly.

The staff no longer waits on customers in the lobby. They depend on your desire to use the self-service kiosk. Then get upset if you don’t. This location promotes drive-through at all costs. Unfortunately, they don’t want to or haven’t figured out the speed issue yet. Slow drive-through service for medium-tasting food at a low cost

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes. No one came to take my order. The female manager on duty was just in the back hanging out with her employees and just chatting it up. AFTER I finally got her to hear me she came over with an attitude because I interrupted her conversation. When we went to sit down we had to clean our table. There were dead bugs in the drain under the sofa machine. I would NOT recommend this McDonald’s to ANYONE. I’m also calling corporate to let them know how well their employees ARE NOT working.

I’m done. 3rd time in 2 months that my order was incorrect. First 2 times, you’d think I would learn to check the order before I drive off. But from now on I will, just not from this location. Burger is always overcooked everytime. The staff is friendly I will give them that, and the last 2 times the manager made good on my complaint, but they apparently can’t get a simple order correct. You order a double, pay for a double, ticket on the box stated double and boom, its a single overdone patty everytime. IM DONE!! I won’t ever go back.
