The management don’t give a flying KCUF abt wht goes at this location. Bcuz it was bad reviews before i made one and there’s no changes. Because if they cared i wouldn’t hve made a review, so don’t comment up under my review as if you care. It’s always dry at this location. None of the employees are hospitable. My drink tops didn’t fit on the cups properly they were super thin from recycling too much. My drinks was spilling all in my damn car. My hash browns was full of dirty grease and I can tell in the taste. I felt like I was eating straight up dirty grease. I submitted pics because tht was ridiculous. If i pay $10 for a meal I want it to be fresh wht y’all serving to customers y’all can put it all in the trash and give it to ur dogs. Bcuz im not one. This is absolutely my last time giving this location my hard earned money to eat trash .

So I go through the drive-through order three-quarter pounder patties with cheese and a small fry when I get my order it’s normally in a plastic bag that way the tray that they put it in can lay correct and not spill, the lady handed me my order in a paper bag upright which at the time didn’t think it was a problem. Until it was. My burgers have no cheese on them and the platter that they put them in does not have an airtight seal. I didn’t think about it but it leaked grease all in my 2025 Infiniti QX 60 Napa leather seats in the passenger side cause of Grease from the burger patties leaked out soak through the bag onto my seats

Terrible place to get food. Foolish me, I keep giving them the benefit of doubt. NEVER have I ever gotten my complete order when going through the drive thru. They just pull you forward and bring out a bag with partial order. Changed their phone number, I am sure do to all the complaints.

The lady that works the first window is super professional and sweet. She brings a smile to your face when greeted! She takes her time to let you order. She is very friendly, sad to say but most McDonald do not give you that kind of customer service. It was the great customer service that will bring me back. The food was great as well. I will definitely come back.

I had 2 mobile orders. The first one was correct and the second one was a single ice cream cone. The young lady working started ranting about how she isn’t giving away free ice cream and when I showed her the proof of purchase she had a huge attitude and refused my order. This is unacceptable

If you like your burgers to look like this ,stop by this location this location has gone down hill and it’s so sad. I reported to the manger Tasha and she says and just needed to adjust the temp. She did apologize and offered another meal which I refused .
