Ordered online, and the app glitched and didn’t pop back up with my order. Went inside to show the confirmation email and that it was taken from my bank account but the manager said she wasn’t going to do anything about it.

I have gone many times to McDonald’s when I’m up here and every time you have someone has no clue how to take orders and they NEVER get it right they are always so rued the fries are so old tasting that no one wants to eat them cause you can also tell grease hasn’t been changed in forever this place has gone down hill alot the last best food I had from there was from 2016 went there last night and they had the NERVE to serve this burnt bun this is ridiculous I get people have little help but make sure your stuff goes out right and FRESH

Bacon was served raw. Multiple food quality and safety issues, several customers were complaining. I’d avoid like the plague! Slow service, drive thru backs up constantly, parking lot unsafe due to multiple cars being asked to wait, etc. TERRIBLE!!

We stopped at this location on my way home to Iowa from floating the Niobrara river with two of my younger kids (ages 8, 10); no surprises here: typical expectations of a McDonald’s meal. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Experienced the same last fall on my ride through to Wyoming at this location; keep up the good work.
