This McDonald’s is located near the East side of O’Neill Nebraska on the North side of highway 20. The dining area and restrooms were very clean and neat . Very helpful and courteous staff The food was good . This location follows the “New model” for McDonald’s. You get free soda refills, but not at a kiosk, you ask for them at the order counter Overall, one of the best McDonald’s that I’ve visited. We’ll worth a stop for a quick bite when traveling through.

I went to this McDonald’s, and honestly. I can’t believe how many people complained about the workers forgetting their food. I ordered a small cone and fries and it took 20 minutes for them to not even remember to put it in my bag. Everyone there had at least 1 thing forgotten. My friend ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and got 4. I also ordered a frozen Dr Pepper but when I got it, it was just normal Dr Pepper. I paid like an extra 8 bucks for food that I never got. The good thing about this place is the looks. It has a nice interior. But the food? I can’t really judge the frozen Dr Pepper if it’s not even the item I asked for.

Place is nasty I’ve seen them reset the timer on the patties for the cheeseburgers multiple times when it’s supposed to get thrown out the managers are rude as hell especially

Whenever I feel like living in a god-forgotten dump I open google maps and browse over the empty, concrete-ridden desert that is the american plains. No history, everything here got eraced by the american culture of there being no culture. This is enought for me to feel grounded and grateful for the ground beneath my feet.

Bacon was served raw. Multiple food quality and safety issues, several customers were complaining. I’d avoid like the plague! Slow service, drive thru backs up constantly, parking lot unsafe due to multiple cars being asked to wait, etc. TERRIBLE!!
