This McDonald’s is part of a gas ⛽️ station and convenience store location. Also in the same parking lot as Lowe’s and several other businesses.
Tried to use the kiosk but it kept locking up. Had to order at the register. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly but they did get my order right.
The patties on the cheeseburger and Big Mac looked dry. Taste was just okay. Fries were under salted .
But, worked for a relatively quick stop.
Hope your burger is fresher than ours and…enjoy!

Went in for new Arch sandwich. Long line and only one kiosk open. Employees refused to help at the register. After food was finally ordered, they for got the fries. Went waited at counter for 10 mins to talk them about getting the fries. I was told they needed to make a fresh batch for us. When we evogot the fries, they were cold and soggy. Btw, new Arch burger is horrible.

Come on people! Who’s making the fries? I got a large order of under cooked nasty fries! Monday night 12/22/24 around 5:30. Who’s making the fries! That was the worst batch of fries ever! The quarter pounder was ok. You all charge a lot of money to be serving your customers garbage! Manager! Make sure you people know how to prepare the food to be edible!

What is wrong with McDonald’s. I haven’t been in awhile and was shocked at the prices. 15 dollars for a “value meal #3” is not ok. The ordering TV screen was broken and my fries were cold and soggy. 15 dollars gets you a burger and fries from a local restaurant where they give you higher quality ingredients and hot fries!!! 15 dollar value meal!!! How can McDonald’s call that value when others do much better.

So tired of the incompetence of the workers in this joint. All they do is let the fries die. How hard is it to drop new ones? All you have to do is lift it and drop them and salt them. Absolutely abhorrent to sell a side of fast food fries for almost 5 dollars and have them be stone friggin cold. This is the last time this spot will ever take my families money. No more! They told my man they could make new ones but it would be 20 mins. So lie. That’s their solution.

Good fast food with friendly service. Many day laborers loiter in the parking lot during morning hours. Restroom is horrendous. Urinal always backs up, soap dispenser frequently broke or missing. Trash can overflowing and toilet paper on the floor. Reeks of urine and scratched graffiti on the mirror. Okay place to order food on app and take to go

Pulled up and a voice said hello are you ready to order. We asked for a minute then said hello 10 times without answer. Drove up to the window and it was closed.

When we came up to the counter to order the girl that was working tonight was packing food and didn’t even acknowledge us at all. After 5 minutes or so she said she would be right with us but she never came back to help us. So ended ordering from the kiosk. When a family member of the cashier came to the counter she was really quick to help her and her son. I knew it was family when she started talking to her. I had a $ 60 dollar order. My fries with no salt were nasty and my 2 bacon Cajun ranch sandwich were made in a hurry it was just tossed in the little boxes. Never coming to this McDonald’s again!!!!

It’s okay. The drive thru sucks. I hate the 2 speaker box because it feels like I always get stuck behind the person who doesn’t know what they want or they’re ordering for like 5 or 6 people. And randomly yesterday when I was inside ordering, they shut/lock the doors after I ordered so no one else can go in. Don’t know if they got super busy in the drive thru. Employees are nice.
