I think the staff needs more training. The online ordering stopped, so I called to make a to-go order. The guy I first spoke with hung up on me after 2 minutes of trying to make my order. Then when I called again he handed the phone to someone else.
I had a hard time hearing with 2 other staff members talking in the background while I am trying restart my order with the new person. I ordered to-go before with La Bonita and had a small mess up with my food, so I wanted to clarify everything to make sure its all good.
The experience making this call felt difficult which sucks because their food tastes really good. But it may just be easier to order inside the restaurant instead of the phone. Hopefully they can improve on this in the future.
For the bar, my last experience the bartender we had was fun. He was kind and friendly. Margaritas tasted great and they had great beer selections.
Dining, food is spectacular. But the server needs to be a tad more attentive to details and when everyone is ready for their checks.
Update:
I asked for dressing on the side, but they added dressing to my salad. Sucks cause my commute, so it gets soggy when I am ready to eat it

The food was fantastic it looks just like it did on the photos the service was impeccable when you come pls ask for onyx she is very welcoming she takes her time to explain each dish this is my first time and she made my experience terrific will most definitely come again

An authentic Mexican restaurant that just opened. Everything renovated. Staff was nice and attentive, Plating and atmosphere was impressive. 5/5 needs more lighting IMO.
Tortillas made by hand. Aesthetic similar to las Costas up the street. They will have live music like banda and Mariachi soon.
Guac was more like pico de gallo – Avocado wasnt smashed. Crackers were expired. Aguas frescas seem to be the instant powder ones. Cocktail cups are about 16oz for 3.99. Shrimp cocktail was sweet. Corn was hard , maybe wasn’t ripe or cooked throughly.
Overall i would come back. They are fairly new and would like to see how they progress as they get settled in.

La Bonita was beautiful, of course! The inside is massive with bright and custom artwork. Huge bar and the tables were very distanced from one another. There’s no way you can feel crowded in here. Plenty of TV’s to watch whatever sporting event is on.
Friendly staff. Waiters/waitresses are attentive and do come check back on tables.
The food was hot and fresh. I ordered the Texas Fajitas (steak, chicken and shrimp). Came with rice and beans and hand made tortillas, which you don’t see quite often. Probably the only downfall from my meal was I was expecting more meat. But the restaurant is fairly new so I’m guessing that’ll change within time.
I’ll definitely be back again.

You will not be disappointed bringing your family to eat here. Great friendly service and the food is authentically delicious. The restaurant is really nice and inviting. They can accommodate big groups. You must try their mojitos!

Soo freaking good! I had a great experience ordering off of Uber Eats. I ordered Quesabirria & Tres Leches both were amazing. Loved the dips that came with the Quesabirria & the spicy sauce wow! Everything came still warm and great food presentation. Don’t judge I was about halfway through with the Tres Leches haha. Will definitely be ordering from here again & coming in. Adriana was an excellent bartender. Half off house drinks on Friday nights for ladies. We came on a Thursday and karaoke was impressive. The food here is authentic. Salsa is flavorful. The Birria was classic and delicious! The space is welcoming and instagram worthy. No beers on tap but the bottles are reasonably priced and come with an ice cold glass Impressive selection on Tequila as well.

Great Cinco de Mayo party here. So much fun. The al pastor tacos were so good, the margaritas were as well. I’ve been back a few times already and we’re already planning on spending next Cinco de Mayo here. I’m going to Uber to work and then here for lunch and I’m not leaving until they throw me out, lol.
