Nice enough teenage kids working here but total confusion and chaos. these poor kids don’t know left from right up from down. The machine‘s broken out front for doing an order inside. There’s no signage or anything telling you that so you try to pay several times and then finally you go up and pay for it in line after waiting in the backed up line that’s in the lobby. They get the order wrong and don’t communicate it to the staff so you wait another 10 or 15 minutes to find out that they dropped the order somehow. next you try to get a refund that also none of the staff have been trained how to do that so that takes another 10 minutes. Like I said these kids are nice. It’s just the place is managed very badly. Plan to waste a lot of time for a simple order. Drive-through is backed up even worse so I suspect they’re having the same problems with the organization and the staff just not being trained very well. It’s hard to be a teenager doing your first job. I figure it’s even harder when the whole crew or all kids just like you learning to work for the first time. Be nice to the kids, though. It’s not their fault. They’re not trained very well.

I are here on Tuesday, November 18th around 7:30-7:45 pm. I ordered the 10 pc chicken McNugget meal with a large fry & drink. I also had a small 4 piece for my partner. The food came out at a decent time, but when I got home the nuggets were lukewarm at best and the fries were cold. I don’t live close to this location, so driving back wasn’t a viable option. The nuggets tasted off, like they had been sitting out for a while. I didn’t eat much.
The next day I felt really sick, like someone punched me in my stomach. The GI issues struck fast, and I had to leave work & call in the next day.
This location has a reputation for being shady with their food & I see why. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Every time I come here there’s something wrong with my order, I’m not rude or disrespectful about it, even though every time I come here there’s something wrong with my order but I automatically get net with disrespect and I don’t understand why. I know what it’s like to work in this industry so I will not be rude about things like that. But to get met with such disrespect and the tone of voice and the look on your face every time it’s just wild. There needs to be some serious attitude adjusting done at this place. I wait a while before I make a review so that I give it a fair chance before I do a review fair chance has been given this is what I get met with every time this is why I will drive to Legends instead of coming here. I’d rather drive to Bonner springs then come to this McDonald’s again. The employees here need to be retrained. There needs to be some internal customer service adjustments. I am not saying that everyone is like this. It is mostly the young females. You have no idea what your poor attitude and dirty looks do to people’s moods and how that ruins people’s days!

I went through the drive-through. Ordered a combo. Usually you can substitute snack-sized Mcflurry for the fountain drink. The substitution was not possible so I had to pay separate for the McFlurry. Then, they did not give me my drink and said I had to pull over and wait. Never been to any fast-food place where fountain drinks were down. The food tasted ok though.

We had to be pulled forward and another truck was waiting before us we got our food before that guy did and multiple cars after us got food or whatever. And we were there around 830 in morning lobby was locked we were trying to go in to see what was taking so long with the order

I have worked at both a McDonald’s and a Wendy’s. I know how it works. Every single time I ask for extra salt on the fries, I end up with less salt than was originally intended even without asking for extra. It’s pure laziness and takes 2 seconds. Ridiculous. Get a better night crew.

Came via drive thru around 5:30pm. My order was taken correctly. With that being said. Arrrived to my destination. The fries were cold and the mcchickens had mayonnaise on them. Both wrappers says no mayo. The person did not pay attention wrapping the orders. I do not eat mayonnaise so that’s wasted money. The fries were cold. Called no one answered. So i’m leaving a review. Its a waste of time to drive back up there. I recommend checking your orders throughly before leaving.

Liliana is allegedly her name stated she was a manager. Dennis is the one I talked on the phone to he said he was a manager that Liliana lied that she was a manager. Dennis also decided to give me Burger Kings office instead of McDonald’s. Mind you I do not know if these are real names. Dennis refused to give me names and only gave me Liliana name after I said I was going to call the police. The Hispanic woman at the window taking money at the window at 11:40 am is very rude, and a liar. Dennis covers for his employees and lies for them too. No integrity and running a disrespectful restaurant. Please have someone reach out to me that is a manager since Dennis gave me false information
