WARNING!!!!! BEWARE!! WHATEVER. DO NOT GO HERE if this “man” is on duty. Extremely rude, stingy, and a straight up liar. Three separate occasions where I did not receive the sauce I ordered (WITH PROOF, ON RECEIPT) which is usually no big deal at a fast food place. Oh not with him. Don’t ever expect it to be with him. He will accuse you of lying – why would I need to? Then force you to pay for more (has even lied about the price of sauce to me before claiming it was $1.25!) This evening was MY LAST STRAW, I ordered 4 sauce and received NONE. I asked for the sauce I had ordered. He STOPS his employee to tell them to only give me 2. My meal only comes with 2. I told him yes, and I ordered two extra. He told me it didn’t count since I mobile ordered my meal. Umm.. I have never been told that I don’t think that’s how it works. He kept going back and forth with me until I just said whatever and paid the stupid $0.40. To the point where his co worker began apologizing to me for his behavior and was visibly embarrassed. Soo… where is my sauce now that I paid?I only got 2. I paid for 4 TOTAL. Now he accuses me of lying again, saying no I’ve already gotten 3. WHO LIES OVER MCDONALDS? I just wanted what I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Absolutely ridiculous to hold up the line for that. To raise your voice at customer and accuse them of lying is crazy. The worst part is he acts like this all the time and still somehow has a job?!

Second time they mix my order w someone else. They mention one item from your order to verify but it happens to be same thing the person behind or in front of me order meaning their order is wrong as well. You find out you been over charged w wrong order when you are home and ready to eat and don’t feel like driving back to correct their mistake. Placed a mobile order and it was never brought out, nor did they attempt to contact me @ the order. When I arrived all mobile spots were taken. I parked in a currier spot next to #4 and entered #5 on the app as I didn’t see how to change it, drive-thru was backed up and I had little kids in van making going in less than ideal. When my app switched to “enjoy your meal” I finally went in and the manager told me off that they don’t have #5 spot so he didn’t bring it out….they made it set it aside to get cold and had 2 items wrong. I never saw an employee come out to deliver food to anyone that came and went from the mobile order spots the entire 20+ minutes I sat there. Not sure if non mobile order customers took those spots or others gave up and went in too. I saw 1 customer come out with their order to spot 4 before I went in. It’s easy to suspect the manager and employees simply refused to go out in the heat.

The place was absolutely disgusting, there was stains all over the counter where the sodas were, there was trash on the floor, a person who worked with the food and had really long hair wasnt wearing a hairnet and had her hair over the food. A staff member didn’t answer me when I asked for my receipt, and another staff member had a terrible attitude to me when I asked for my cup.

Terrible service, it’s 2 AM and trying to order food, but whoever was taking our order was talking extremely soft and quiet. He told us he couldn’t take our order for 10 mins because he had to wait for it to be breakfast. We waited and waited and still didn’t take our order. This is the only MCDONALD’S I’ve ever had issues with.

I went to the drive thru. I usually order the crispy McChicken add cheese & pickels. I do check my order before I leave the window, because on other visits they would forget the cheese & pickels. So now I take the time to check.
