I had a wonderful experience at this Olive Garden! My server, Philip, was fantastic, and the hospitality from everyone involved in bringing my food was truly outstanding. It wasn’t just one server—several team members helped make sure everything was perfect, and their kindness and attentiveness really stood out.
The food was excellent—very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Every bite was enjoyable. On top of that, the atmosphere was amazing. I felt completely comfortable and welcomed the entire time. There were no bad vibes at all, which is something I truly appreciate when dining out.
All I ever ask for when I go somewhere to eat is good food and respect, and this team delivered both and more. Thank you for such a great experience.

Our waiter was absolutely fantastic. He was ready to graduate and move to Texas for work . We were able to give him some pointers on where to find apartments and where to avoid since he was moving to our old stomping grounds. Very good food.

Olive Garden was a hit! The Shrimp Fritto Misto was crunchy perfection, and the Fried Mozzarella was cheesy heaven. The Seafood Alfredo was creamy and packed with seafood. And let’s be real, the Tiramisu was the real star of the show. Can’t wait to go back!

Place is clean and has a ton of seating. It was busy while we were there but you could barely tell with how the space is set up.
Food overall was good, had the Shrimp Scampi and the Chicken Scampi. No complaints with either, but could have used some more seasoning on the shrimp.
Biggest issue was the tiramisu as it was still completely frozen in the middle when we got it. I didn’t have any, but supposedly it tasted well despite bring frozen solid.

Dinner date for one! Please and thank you. Tried New desert! And you should too. Glass of wine or something. Had the Tour of Something lasagna Alfredo and chicken, ask for the chicken to be cooked medium well with Parmesan cheese on top after “perfect” thanks Cody for suggesting the new dessert and ravioli. I didn’t get the ravioli because…. My son wasn’t with me but as usual salad dessert entree delicious. Good service atmosphere great.

The service was fantastic. Food is the same as any Olive garden. Nothing different there. So if you like Olive garden food you know what you’re going to get. Atmosphere is also the same as any Olive garden. This one could have used a little bit more cleaning up.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received during our recent visit to your Sawmill Road location in Columbus.
From the start, it felt as though nearly everything we asked for was mishandled. We ordered water but were served Sprite instead. The food was rung up correctly, yet the wrong dishes were brought to our table. On top of that, I never received a refill on my drink throughout the meal.
This experience was frustrating and made our visit far less enjoyable than expected. It seemed as though every request was met with the opposite of what we asked for, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of Olive Garden’s reputation.
I hope you will address these issues with your staff to ensure better service in the future. My family and I value Olive Garden, but this visit left us very dissatisfied.
