Absolutely disgusting. Not only were the fries practically empty as that bowl is supposed to be two large fries, but we had to Air fry them for warmth and ANY kind of decent texture besides slop once we got home. I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe add cheese. And this magical mess of a burnt sandwich is what I was given, so I got to pay for a sandwich with extra charges (cheese) and then STILL had to come home and use my own tomato lettuce, and mayo. I understand that errors happen. But these errors are nothing more than pure laziness of staff. Do better.if I wanted cook my own meal, I would have done just that.

It’s sad because I live in Raytown but hardly ever eat at any of the fast food spots or restaurants.
Service is horrible and the items will either be wrong or completely unacceptable …..
My son’s sausage egg and cheese McGriddle just had a cold sausage and my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was so pathetic I threw it away.

Ordered breakfast per usual and got told to pull around. No problem with that but we waited for 15 minutes. We finally got someone that was bringing us food however they brought the wrong. They asked to see the receipt and it took another 7 minutes before we got our food. I understand if they were busy and want to keep times down, but dont pull that many cars if you cant keep track of who had what.

Rolled in through the drive thru at 11pm. There was a decent line of cars yet it moved quickly. Our order was taken accurately and without any issues. Our food was made correctly and tasted super good and fresh. This is one of the better McDonalds Ive been to out of 10 states or more. The employees are all good at their job and focused on getting the job done right. Thanks for a great experience!

Went to get spicy hot honey snack wraps late at night. Not only did the drive through take 10 minutes when I was the only one there, the snack wraps didn’t even have any hot honey. People here are usually rude as well.
