You can count on McDonald’s to be consistent in their products so far as taste! For example, their fish sandwich will taste the same here in Missouri as well as Texas! Great Customer Service is consistent and refreshing!

The food was good but the like drowned my big mac in the sauce that I actually had to remove more that half of it so I could actually taste the burger. And then we went thru drive thru so I don’t know about the atmosphere inside but the people at the windows was very confused when we had 2 orders in the same car. I’m just glad I paid thru the app to avoid less confusion.

Worst experience from management I have ever received. First I get invited back for a free meal after waiting over 30 minutes for some cookies. I return the next day only for the whole crew and manager on duty to basically laugh in my face and tell me to get out of the store or sit there and wait hours with a baby for the manager I talked to the night before to come to work. Kinda defeats the purpose of the free meal if you expect me to wait hours for it when I’m only there because your crew couldn’t make some cookies. The gas alone to return to this awful location was more than the free meal. I want my free meal along with another one for having to deal with this place twice. Please get some better management in this place. Besides Tanya I believe, she was manager on duty around 10pm Sunday night who offered me the free meal and really cared about her customers!

Fried food isn’t always fresh, but if you request your items be fresh and don’t mind a short wait then they will be happy to do so! Ice cream, shakes, and smoothies are outrageously over-priced. But isn’t everything nowadays? Lol

Went to McDonald’s on June 15th around 9:00pm, the wait in drive thru was over 25 minutes, no one at the pay window to accept payment. I had to go inside to get my food, every employee inside looked like they had no clue what they were doing. They had bags of food on the counter and didn’t know where any of it went. I talked to the manager to get my order, they said they didn’t even start making it yet. There was people inside waiting for their food, people in the drive thru line tapping the window to get someone’s attention. The employees were all just standing there not doing anything.

You can’t expect these people to do anything correctly. Always check your food. Happy meals with no chicken nuggets. Must be hard placing 4 things in a box. & lord, let’s not try to give them a call so you don’t have to wait 45 minutes in line again.never answer.

the food was good couple of times, the fries is cold most of the times I stopped there, I did find a piece of the fryer basket one time, and it was too hot to touch so I took it back to them and they gave me a bigger fries..

Fix your dang frappe machine. I have never been to a Starbucks that had a broken frappe machine, seems like McDonalds is broken 2 weeks out of the month.
