Food was good enough. Only complaint is the control of flame! The meat of omelette was overcooked & became rubbery in the process! Clearly, the thin sliced meat either wasn’t cooked at the right temperature or recooked for a wrong amount of time! Same goes for the steak! Very thin sliced meat was rubbery chewy, dried up & inappropriately seasoned! Not just up to the mark. But the waiters were really kind & respectful. I requested her to try a bite from the steak. She understood immediately & took back the dish & asked me what I would like to have instead! She didn’t even ask me if I would have a new perfect steak! Five (*) Stars to the staffs!

I so dislike this location with a passion!!! Everytime we come here it’s always something! Like why!!! Either the soda/ lemonade has no flavor, the food is always burnt or over cooked and the service is beyond horrible! Like why is this location still open and operating when their staff wouldn’t know customer service if it hit them

The food came out so burnt this last time you can smell it in the air and I wanted 40 mins! But they want the bill paid for?!?!?!!!!! My husband and I arrived to dine in around 2am today and the service and food was so amazing. I wish I could remember the waiters name because he deserves 10 stars for his amazing service. The cook as well because the food was a 10/10! I travel a county over just to come to this location so its always worth it!

We took our daughter to this location because it was her 13th birthday. She LOVES pancakes. The service was great. The environment was great, and the food was great. The staff also sang happy birthday to my daughter. She was delighted, to say the least, and super shy. They gave her a free stack of pancakes for her birthday and ice-creamas a birthday treat. That was a nice touch. She enjoyed herself. We enjoyed ourselves. We always go to this location when we want some breakfast because it is close. We would definitely recommend this location to viewers. There was a guy that I had spoken to over the phone that had helped to make this happen, but can’t remember his name. I would say his name starts with “G”. Anyway, thanks to Mr. “G,” Mira and the staff, who made this possible for creating a wonderful memory for the birthday girl! She loved her breakfast birthday treat!

I love IHOP – I can have it all the time.
My all time favorite is Spicy Poblano Omelette with a side of extra crispy hash brown and additional side of short stack pancake with strawberry syrup.
If you like a spice kick then request the staff to bring the Serrano Pepper on the side of Omelette instead if putting it in the Omelette this way you can manage the spice yourself.
This was the first time we tried their strawberry banana french toast – kind of disappointing. For some reason their pancakes and french toast – both were a little dense and dry today. This is so unusual of IHOP though.
The server/staff was good – I forgot her name.

My family and I (five of us total) went to IHOP, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The manager, Myra, greeted us at the door with such a warm welcome that made us instantly feel comfortable and appreciated. Our waitress, Jackie, was incredible — she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our table.
The food came out quickly, was hot, fresh, and delicious! I even made a point to speak with the manager during our visit to personally thank her and the team for their outstanding service. Too often people only speak up to complain, but I wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve.
