The lines through the drive area were very long. Receiving the food was taken a long time. Don’t know if they didn’t have enough employees working that day something was very wrong. I even went back for lunch the same thing happened a very long wait time to be serv. Get it together ❤️

The Drive thru often gets busy with both ordering lanes backed up. The staff does a good job keeping the lines moving. Often you have an awkward wait at the order speaker waiting for someone to speak back to acknowledge that you are waiting.

The “Manager” was beyond rude when informing me that they are only open till midnight for door dash orders and that they are not able to take my order at 11:10. Should probably change the hours posted if your going to turn all other business away. Maybe reconsider what it takes to be effective management too. Why would a manager not give you there name? I ask him this coffee is cold his answer was very rude and unpolite he made a sound whit his mouth like saying I don’t care. My car was to high for the drive through and they refused to open the lobby. After watching the employees blow their noses and then touch food without gloves or washing their hands from the window I decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down. I literally watched the one lady sneeze on a whole batch of hash browns and then serve them!

Although it is a great location along I-70, fyi for travelers, there is no play place for the kids. the inside has been updated to be more modern and has the self ordering touch screens. We grabbed a table number, and our food was brought out to us. Fyi: it’s Grimaces birthday month, and there’s a special b day meal you can order, and it comes with a magical purple shake. I didn’t order it, but it looked cool.
