My prepaid order on the app was $5.25 but the app doesn’t allow a Sr Coffee. So I placed a second order for the Sr. Coffee which was $0.76 with tax.
They needed 3 people to attempt to make change when I gave them $20.01 for 76 cent coffee.
Finally, they said “we can’t make change, you have held up our drive through for 7 minutes, you need to leave”. The problem was they didn’t want to give me the food I ordered and had already paid for in the app. So, I was forced to wait even longer, now with 10 cars behind me until they gave me food I had already paid for, which was sitting right at the window.
I understand that they were upset by the delay in the line, I would be too. The delay was not my fault. But they were blaming me and refusing to give me the first order. The delay was because they couldn’t make change for a $20. I never did get the coffee but they gave me back the $20. They kept my penny.

Avoid like the plague have homeless begging at the drive thru and they can’t read english obviously when I ask for plain it doesn’t mean pickles and onions.

10/7 got breakfast specifically ordering from the monopoly menu for the game pieces received my order to find out they arent on there so I went back around to get my game pieces to be told by the manager who’s begging for reviews “is this really the reason to come back” and then her to proceed to argue with me at this point I said screw it not worth my time sense I dont speak Spanish and cant get thru to them and pictures and showing them the app where it clearly has it on there doesnt work either… maybe another new manger is needed….

The restaurant had no heat on the one of the coldest days if the season. Because many of the workers did not understand English or let alone speak it one person was responsible for translating for everybody. It would be prudent to hire a few people from the neighborhood to assist customers at the register as well as the drive through.We waited for nearly fifteen minutes for our order. I.E. They other staff could not read English. I’m down for everyone being gainfully employed, however due diligence along the way and require the language not become a barrier. Give the employees 30 minutes prior to shift starting English lessons. Situation resolved,

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately it’s not a one-time issue this happens every visit.
You pull up and get a prerecorded message, then before you can even say you have a mobile order, someone abruptly cuts in and barks “CODE.” No hello, no greeting, nothing. Before you can even finish saying the code, you’re yelled at to go to the “1st window.” There is zero opportunity to ask a question, add an item, or clarify anything, you’re treated like an inconvenience for simply being there.
Then, at the first window, they suddenly ask what your mobile order is… which is confusing considering how aggressively rushed you were just moments before. At the second window, it’s the same thing every time: no greeting, no thank you, no basic human interaction. Just a stone-cold stare and food practically shoved at you. Don’t even bother asking for sauce — you won’t get it.
To the employees with constant attitudes: if you hate your job this much, please find a different one. Customers who are simply picking up food and not causing problems do not deserve to be treated with hostility.
Customer service here is nonexistent, and the overall experience is uncomfortable and unpleasant every single time.

The restaurant is clean. The service was good. The food was good, but when I tried to use the bathroom as a paying customer, they did not have tissue in the bathroom. I tried to go get some from the employee. She handed me paper towels. I’m not sure how McDonald’s ran out of tissue paper, especially this location

The Drive thru often gets busy with both ordering lanes backed up. The staff does a good job keeping the lines moving. Often you have an awkward wait at the order speaker waiting for someone to speak back to acknowledge that you are waiting.

It is often a better strategy to just park, order at one of the self-order kiosk and get your food more quickly than you would via the drive thru.

Inside the store the dining room feels very fun and like a cool vibe to be in. It is a good place to get some work done over lunch or just take a break from it all.

Me and My mom had a really bad time while My mom was ordering. The worker that took our order was really mean to My mom. My mom doesen’t speak English very and she was making mean comenta. I do not recomend this place because of their staff. But I am gonna Say the food was really good. BAD SERVICE

929 at night manager at the second window literally cussed me out. I hope you guys go back to the camera fridge and watch it refuse to give me his name and was super disrespectful yelling as other coworkers called me a sorry ass and I didn’t have any money, get him out.the girl at the window was nice and calm And then he got my order wrong. I’m afraid to go back cause I’m afraid. Somethings gonna happen to my food. Something needs to be done about this.

I always have a problem when i come to this McDonald’s and any time i try to call or talk to someone no one answers or they’re just rude for no reason. This is the closest one to my house but because of their services i have to drive 10 minutes further.
