No I know people understand English at this restaurant, so why are my sandwiches like this you can read the Instructions I gave at the kios..now from the pi. I asked for no lett, light mayo.. got extra, & asked for extra pics & got 2 pickles. I really should make them make My sandwiches again … what happened to Training the correct way & the management team do their jobs instead of persons standing and talking, not all just to many of the staff..I have so much mayo my pics and chicken are sliding off the bun..

I ordered a large fry at 19:05 on 08/15/23. I did curbside #3 b/c I fractured my left ankle. At 19:23 I walked in with my crutches. I waited to be acknowledged until I asked for a minute of the runners time once she had a minute. She told me just a minute. Then never came to attend to my inquiry, but the front counter, who ran out my 2 other sandwiches that I had ordered after the fries, handed me a bag with the large fry @ 19:26. I literally waited 21 minutes for a large fry, and there was 10+ employees working along with the supervisor!? I said something to her to acknowledge the 21 minute wait, and she just apologized barely!? It’s not on her, but why they get paid $15.00/hr!? The fries were cold bc they’ve been sitting on a counter that whole time, and she gave me these old, cold, nasty fries that were intended for at least 15-18 minutes before!? They weren’t even sitting in the heater, and she still served them!? I also can tell that they were undercooked!? The hot ‘N spicy mcchicken’s tasted like they were cooked in fish oil!? Which is cross-contamination from fish to chicken!? This whole restaurant crew from top to bottom needs to be completely re-trained from scratch!? Fast food restaurant workers want $15/hr, but they don’t qualify educationally!? $15/hr should automatically be drug tested for jobs b/c these workers probably smoke themselves senseless before, during, and after their work hours!? I honestly feel like nobody has passed their SOC’s, and have a food handlers card!? Most of the time these food items aren’t thrown away, or served undercooked that gives people food poisoning continuously!? Cooking the chicken, and pork, and serving it immediately isn’t reaching the recommended internal temperature! They’re only halfway cooked on the grill, and oil, and are suppose to finish cooking in the heater trays!

Night shift really needs to do better. The wait time in the drive thru is sad. So sad, that I was able to post this review while waiting to take my order . . . and still waiting!!!

Went to use the 1st kiosk and placed my order (well tried) it stopped working, so I went to register and waited while the crew chit chatted about hating the mobile ordering system because it makes them have long drive thru lines. When I said HELLO twice, someone decided to come help while having a full-blown conversation on the phone and in the middle of placing the order yells to whoever bagging the food to come grab the phone because they wanted to speak to her but hurry up and tell them because she making my two drinks and was out this bish oh wow but all them was cussing so… then got our food, didn’t get everything, but to be expected, she wasn’t paying attention in the first place. Went to the second kiosk, and it didn’t work at all. Just left ugh

The restaurant had a lot of people just sitting around outside and inside. The employees were short and to the point. They didn’t seem very friendly. The food wasn’t the best I’ve had at a McDonald’s. It was pretty close to the worst I’ve had.

Went through their drive thru. Placed our order and was told to pull around. Got our receipt from the cashier and as we pulled away, noticed that there was a charge for the RMH donation added on. The order taker never asked us about the donation. If we were asked first we would have said yeah. It’s just the fact the worker added it on without saying anything. When we brought it to the managers attention they admitted about being hard on the workers for the donations.

A few days ago, I mobile ordered from there. Got there and told they’re out of the item I ordered and to cancel on the app. Have yet to be refunded, waiting for support to contact me back. Decided to give them another chance tonight because it was 2 am and I was hungry, so I placed another mobile order. Despite hours being listed as 24hr, when I pulled up to the speaker, the employee said “We’re closed” with almost some attitude! I said “I had a mobile order” No response. No refund given for that either. This location SUCKS and scammed my dumb self twice ‍♀️
