The guys were very disrespectful, he said “bro we are out of powerade” didnt apologize. I said fine give me a coke, the cokes were also bad!!! Like its so easy to get these things right. A guy with curly hair was having a whole conversation with the guys handing out food, their service is horrible! Honestly just go to the mcdonalds on wilmot and broadway, its much better!

Put in a mobile order and when I got to the menu I notified them if my arrival I asked to add on a drink something small and an easy sell for the team they told me no and I had to waste my gas and everyone’s time to go through the drivthru a second time making sure to be three times as slowly than the first time. I would think it’s being a little petty buy can’t feel bad for stupid. They increased prices and falsely said the food would get better when it’s no damage different then what they’ve always sold. I’m boycotting this chain for life.

To my surprise they were friendly and the food was fresh. I live in the far Eastside of town but I drive to the northwest side when I want McDonald’s. The commute is very well worth it

Food was alright when asking to buy the new jalapeno bacon cheese burger they said it wasn’t available even though you was advertise on the menu board XD, second the playroon screens was broken, and three now they charge for extra ranch… one ranch for 6 nuggets, yeah not a big fan of McDonald’s in the first place. Had a great visit today, especially for the lunch rush. My order came out quickly and the staff member bringing out table service orders helped me get my cups for my drinks. My son had a great time playing in the play place. The play area was clean and the staff were all kind and patient. We always love coming to this location after a trip to Reid Park or the Zoo, it’s one of the favorite choices of McDonalds for my son and I have never had an order accuracy issue at this location.

I got 2 sausage biscuits and the dude said oh 1 more for a dollar too. So I said screw it. Gave him 4.50 and they refused to give me the other sandwich or my money. I got 2 either way just paid 1 dollar more. They SCAM people at McDonald’s I guess.
