Was at this location to get some supper. I don’t understand why minimum wage needs to be so high when the service is the same. Wrong orders. Long waits. Higher price on the food. I was told to go park in that loved wait area. My food came but was wrong. So I had the employee return it and get the correct order. 10minuties went by. So I went inside and asked for my money back. Another 5minuties went by before I got my money back. That’s not fast food. That’s not a company that puts customers first.

Ordered coffee. Coffee machine was empty. The girl behind counter was told by several people. It was not filled the whole time we were there. Left without getting any coffee. Had to go to counter to pick up our food even though we had a number. Don’t know how long the food was there. This location must have a serious lack of help issue.

They are just so darn slow. Maybe they’re just busy all the time, so that means they’re doing something right, but if you’re on the go and in a rush, check the lines in the drive through. I went inside to see if the service was faster, but the people waiting for their food said they were waiting forever. I went and grabbed breakfast somewhere else.

I posted my review on the plaza site but went to McDonald’s drive through and they had given our food to car in front of us. They told us to pull up and we waited ten minutes before my husband went in to get our money back. They told us that they had no idea we were waiting. So of course our food had not even been getting prepared and girl acted like she had never seen us before. Lol. That’s all you can do is laugh and never go back.

We were in there for almost two hours. A good hour spent waiting on food. Staff had no clue why they’re doing. Lady asked what we ordered finally gave us our food. Managed to mess up half the order and wait in line for 20 minutes just to get the order corrected. Guy at counter kept walking past not asking if we needed help or anything. Highly don’t recommend this location.

It is a McDonalds, so of course I didnt eat there, but placating my mother-in-law’s need for a restroom and Diet Coke while on a roadtrip, my family got items there. I patiently waited for some place with food. I didnt go in, but was told about the cleanliness. My wife ate something that made her stomach really upset. There is a reason I dont ever eat at McDonalds. Disentary and roadtrips are a bad combo.
