The cleanest and nicest McDonald’s we ever visited. We didn’t feel like we were in a fast food restaurant. Wow the staff is amazing! Mr Flash was great helping us and keeping the dining area spotless, also helping our toddler in the play place.

I ordered a big mac with extra mac sauce. They didn’t put it on the sandwich so I asked again for mac sauce and they squirted into a box then gave to me. How in the heck am I supposed to put that on my sandwich?

OK, let’s admit it’s McDonald’s, you know what you’re going to get. This one isn’t any different than what you would expect…though this location still offers a play area for the kids to relax while you are eating. Now, about price…many know it’s gone up, but the Meal Deals are priced in a way you can’t beat with the amount of food vs price. So, if you’re looking to stop and get something to eat…why not give it a shot?

Extraordinarily long wait times. Owners obviously don’t care about customer service. Went inside and ordered (by kiosk) and waited 15 min for two happy meals. Then when they forgot my drinks I was told to “give us a minute”. Then the fries were unsalted and cold. The employees here are obviously at their height of employment.
If you as owners want to know why sales are down, try your restaurant sometime. You are tied with Williamsville for how bad every one of you are at your job.

I usually eat the double cheeseburger or McDouble easier to eat while I’m driving. I like the Big Mac the best. Finally, McD’s has clean bathrooms! I travel a lot so I usually use the bathroom first, then back in my car. Get ready, buckle up, easier to order in the drive thru, get the food at the window. Especially when I order a cone. Although, maybe 1/4 McD’s soft serve machine is down.

Every other order is usually incorrect and fries are always cold. When you pull cars up and only worry about times and not the quality of food you put out thats why people are going else where and not returning. Can someone look into lincolns management because they all need re trained or replaced

I never like leaving negative reviews but this experience honestly had me stumped. Waited 20 minutes as the only car in your drive thru just to get room temp food. Put my iced latte in a hot cup, lost some oz to that, and didn’t add the french vanilla at all, and TOLD me that you had to pour out half my drink to fit the ice in it because you knew you used the wrong cup but didn’t bother to fix it? I also ordered a sundae because my blood sugar was very low and they decided to wait until after we had already waited for 20 mins to finally get our food to tell me that “the machine is down”. You either haven’t cleaned it or can’t be bothered to boot it up for the day. Both things I got to boost my sugar were unobtainable. The attitude from the team was a slap in the face on top of everything. I’m so disappointed spending my money for such poor service and food. Can’t even provide a girl some napkins either. I would be embarrassed to run a store like that

Haven’t been here in months cause they never and I mean never get my order right. (For dinner). Thought since the Mcribb back I wanted one so I got 2. Ordered wit No onion and what did I get? Tons of onions. There’s 3 things that come on those and you can’t be competent enough to make that right? Holy smokes where do they find these ppl? Will not ever go back. The place is sad.

Honestly it seems tonhave gotten better. Its a hit or miss here. You either get an angry teen who mean mugs you, and ignored while getting your order messed up for the umpteenth time. Or you get an amazing employee who seems to go above and beyond like Miss B. When she is working the drive thru I KNOW my order is going to be correct. Every single time. She is always so friendly and so sweet.

I had two mobile orders, I waited outside for over 40 minutes. Got one, not the other. Finally went inside, the employees were talking behind the counter saying “why are they waiting in the lot? They probably want free food”. There were 3 other people in line that heard this. Absolute worst experience. There was nobody there over what looked 18, and I am severely disappointed. I will drive 30 min before I come back to this place.
