Always kind staff. This isn’t my favorite food place but it’s one of the better locations. Food is always fresh and correct. Never have had an issue here. McDonald’s needs to bring back salads! Remember vegetables? I do and love them.

I came in for a large iced coffee and ordered on the Kia kiosk the kiosk wouldn’t allow me an option for saying half sugar-free vanilla and half normal vanilla and I asked the manager if he could do three pumps of normal vanilla and three pumps of sugar-free because I can have all the sugar cause I am a diabetic and the manager told me no that I would have to pay extra. I said that I didn’t want extra pumps of syrup. I just wanted half sugar free. He said I could not do that unless I wanted to pay. And when I asked why he wouldn’t tell me why terrible service and a very rood manager this occurred 01/12/2026

Have been to this location only a couple of times in passing to the hospital from the highway. Each time they have gotten the order wrong, as it will be correct on the screen but wrong when out of the window. Staff is either super shy and afraid of customers or just rude. I am giving a 2 for the fact that the food is super hot and fresh during peak times and lines move quick but other than that it would only be a 1. The drive way is kinda janky but that’s also Madison roads but not stellar. I wouldn’t say don’t go but it’s a McDonald’s.

Common sense tells most of us that
this type of reckless./ carekess food
preparation is indicative of Poor food
training and professional ethics ,

No one is holding a standard for others
to follow here, they are but it’s far below
the expectations of people born indoors
and who live around soap and water so
today Ill pay for it again with a sore throat
for a while tomorrow who knows ,we must
not be confused about 1 or two positive
reviews in these cases , Im the bad guy
right well say if they were to hire me to
work couldn’t I submit an anonymous
review giving the store and people Five
Stars and inject my own name as I go on
referring to myself as a third party ?
School teaches us allot but people will
always be lessons we have to learn for
ourselves .if you don’t mind being sick
and broke all the time and wondering
why things can’t be better is this it ?

Learn to tell when a meal is prepared to
celebrate your arrival or take your money
and teach you to say you luv it !

hear it seek those places having

Where I’m sure travelers who stop here

Went around 9:30 on 2/27/26
The person working the window was extremely rude and they gave me 2 snack wraps containing what I can only describe as “chicken jerky”

I’m not expecting excellence from McDonald’s but it’d be nice if the food was edible and our order wasn’t theoretically thrown at us.

This location has terrible service, the staff have terrible attitudes, and the food assemblers do not know how to make a burger. I received a quarter pounder with the cheese hanging halfway off, didnt get the extra salt I asked for. I dont want half my burger having cheese while I get a huge bite of cheese on the other side. They refused to remake it. The cheese should be even across the burger. My large fry was also half full. They claimed i got my money’s worth since I used the $1.49 coupon on the app.

The GM was extremely rude and unprofessional over a legitimate food quality complaint. Don’t go to this mcdonalds of you can afford to drive to a different location, this one is a mess. Their phones dont work frequently, it takes 5-10 minutes for anyone inside to acknowledge you, and the GM claims you’re lying if you have a complaint. Wasn’t being a Karen or anything.

Service sucked. They didn’t pay any attention to the counter. They were too busy with the drive through. We got our order but needed to use restroom. Restrooms have a coded lock on the door. Asked for code was told that it was being cleaned. It wasn’t. The men’s was and the person cleaning it had walked across the restaurant to there utility closet. Wasn’t anywere near the restrooms and they still refused to give code. Will never use this McDonald’s.

The food they gave me had been sitting & was cold. When I asked for fresh fries the girl gave me a glare for about 10sec. When I got the fries 1 min later that where fresh the poured lots of salt. The attitude was crazy. Upon going to the drive threw to order with the mobile app we sat and waited saying hello at least 7 times. The word part is I tried to call the store 10 times with 3 hrs no response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a refund definitely t one of the worst locations long wait times employees with extreme attitudes. They seem to think fast food is supposed to take 20 minutes to get three things and then I thought it was cold. Oh and the half a slice of cheese if you look closely at that she’s clearly been sitting that she’s starting to colors, dark orange on the corners and in the middle. It was hard not to mention the fish sandwich tasted funny, and it was definitely not fresh everything they gave me was old and had the audacity to get mad

This was the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I like to get a Big Mac but there is no bacon Big Mac. So I ordered a separate side of bacon on the kiosk because I love bacon. Whoever read the ticket must have figured out that I was going to put the bacon inside the sandwich. One of the workers called me over to see if I wanted the bacon inside the sandwich. No one has ever asked me that when I order a Big Mac. I didn’t know that was an option but that was exactly what I wanted. Now THIS is customer service!!! Bravo McDonald’s on Park st!! Keep up the great work and service.
