Came in through drive through lady that took my order was very rude, even after my order at the window she was yelling and screaming at people ordering and saying wild stuff while the window was open. She gave me the order and my 7$ ice cream was half way filled tried to get a good look at the name tag on her hat think it said ceara. Idk worked for sonic few years back her attitude just ain’t it

Check your order before driving away! I ordered a Small Grape Nerds Slushy. Should be simple, but like always, there were NO nerds in it. And I had to pay $4.23! I could’ve gotten a gas station slushy cheaper without nerds.

I think it’s a bit pricey for the portions that you get and there’s not much of a selection as far as the food menu but I do love their shakes and their slushies and their different drinks that they have those are awesome but other than that I don’t really care for sonic they’re overpriced and you don’t get that much.

Spotty food options, sometimes they get the special orders right, sometimes they fail absmally. Overall they do a good job, but occasionally I swear I won’t ever go back, but then I do. When directions are followed, it’s very tasty.

Disgusting food. Disappointed. The chicken was TOUGH, like it had been over cooked and left out for hours. The tater tots had a weird aftertaste, but the deal breaker was definitely the chicken. We also asked for ketchup twice and didn’t get ketchup.
My mom was super hungry so she ate her burger and felt sick afterwards. It definitely seems short staffed, so it’s not the workers faults. There has to be something wrong with management and how it runs this Sonic.

absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced, attitudes just for simply ordering at a restaurant. Forgets items in our order and throws it in our face that we never ordered that. (she just was annoyed taking our order i could tell we wouldn’t have everything right) food was awful as well

I ordered two medium sonic blasts from Door Dash and received two child size instead. I paid $14 and DoorDash only was able to do a partial refund. When I called the location, it goes to voicemail. You’re stealing from your customers when you don’t provide the items they paid for. Absolutely pathetic.

I’m sure it was an isolated incident, but the drive thru computer went down just as I was about to order and I was redirected to a stall. It took twice as long as it should have to get my food. The foot long was good, as were the tots.

Went for a late order around 11:30pm, waited on the employee to answer my light but never did, when I looked up he was smoking and on his cellphone inside where you cook and prepare orders. I was very disappointed and left immediately. I cannot imagine if I would have gotten my order and it smelling like smoke!! Awful experience at this location!
