Never seen a sandwich with this much ranch in my life it was spread on both buns and in between the veggies. Never got the drink I ordered and no napkins. Girl at the window didn’t even look me in the eyes one time seemed to have a shitty attitude

First time ever at this location and first time ever eating at a Zaxby’s. Got the signature sandwich. Order served EXTREMELY fast. Service was friendly. Was I blown away by the most delicious meal of my life? No. Did I thoroughly enjoy what I ate? Yes. I was quite satisfied with zero complaints. Remember folks, this is a fast food chain so don’t go and expect world class gourmet.

This was the worst fast-food experience I’ve had. Google showed the location closing at 10:00 PM, and since it was close to where we were staying, we walked over.
When we arrived at the drive-thru, an employee clearly saw us but did not come over or acknowledge us and acted as if we weren’t there at all. Earlier, a waitress had told us the restaurant was still open, so this was very confusing and frustrating.
I understand that people want to go home, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Simply letting customers know that the restaurant is closed would have been enough. Ignoring customers entirely is disrespectful and only hurts the restaurant’s reputation.

They can never get your order correct. Last 3 times got everything wrong. Dont even bother to ask for any kind of sauce, they will only give you zaxby sauce. I dont even know why they have other sauces listed. Just go to the zaxbys on SR16, they won’t screw up your order over there.

I ordered two fried chicken salads and both were filled with rotten lettuce. I returned them the next day, but I have had numerous problems with food poisoning at this location and I am officially not returning and not taking down my post.

Visiting St.Augustine for the first time. Such a blessing to stop by here. This is one of the cleanest Zaxby’s we have ever been to.
Smells and looks very clean inside. Comfortable experience while eating freshly made lunch! Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Great store location too. Very close to downtown.

The quality of the chicken is so poor and one of the tenders was the size of a chicken nugget – they do this on purpose with 1 of your tenders as a cost saving strategy. I remember going here years ago and the chicken actually tasted like chicken but now it’s stringy and literally disgusting. I tried it twice recently just to make sure it wasn’t a one time fluke. Typical corporate greed; increase price and decrease quality(aka cost).

Kind and friendly service. The food was something concocted by a supervillain. There is enough salt in a meal to support a small cattle farm. Top it off with every version of a sweet and spicy sauce. A true salt lick.

Came thru drive thru ordered boneless BBQ wings and fries, asked if I wanted drink i said no, was told order was $12 and come change. Got to window and was told $7.66, I asked if my fries were in there, was told no I didnt order fries, employee said he’d ring me up for them and a drink, I said again I didnt want a drink. I asked for a manager, employee wouldn’t get me one so I wanted a refund. I called zaxbys and asked for a manager I spoke with the gm and what a joke, more excuses then listening. I know what I ordered and wanted and all I got what that he would talk to the employee and find out. Haven’t been here in a long time due to this kind of service and it still the same, won’t be back. I rather goto mcdonalds and know what to expect!. Zaxbys and employees need to do better.

They were out of chocolate milk for the kids meal, I asked if they could make some and they were more than happy to help. It’s a small gesture but goes a long way. I’d go back because of that act of kindness
