Just had dinner at Komoon. Had the Pad Thai and it’s always great. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing. Someone in my party ordered the Fish Ceviche, said It was extremely fishy and couldn’t eat It. Server brought It back to the kitchen and brought It back out, looking like we had offended them. Proceeded to charge us still for the ceviche even though It was almost an untouched plate and charged for the replacement dish, a pad Thai. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back to this location. Still have high hopes for the Naples locations.

Being off season and late (830, late for the area) We didn’t lack in service or quality. our server, Alexandra, i think that was her name sorry girl, beautiful girl with a great personality from Guatemala kept us entertained + the sake flowing…. The food was fresh and excellent portions. My mom was visiting from out of town & not always easy to please (she is an excellent home cook) and she was very happy. I know we will be back. Thank you everyone for all you do, I am always happy to visit any of your locations.

Classy fusion restaurant for Thai, Japanese, and Peruvian. Didn’t exactly fuse the dishes together, but more had all the choices in one menu. Ordered several dishes, but was stood out was the “Tom Yum” was sweet, tangy, spicy but a bit too salty. Same went for the ceviche, where the saltiness took away from the typical refreshing flavour

Came in to order to go order because they wouldn’t answer the phone for over 30 minutes. When I got there there were only six tables total. I’m not sure how many servers were running around. Then we had to wait 25 minutes for our to go order. Never again.

Inexcusable that an employee who has the authority to charge your credit card doesn’t know how to print out a credit card receipt – and when he decides to “experiment” by tapping randomly on his screen, he “accidentally” adds in his own version of what your tip (for a takeout order) should be. Then, after calling my credit card company and verifying that I had been charged the higher amount, I drove back to the restaurant a second time to try to get their error straightened out. Different employee tells me he doesn’t have the authority to refund the overcharge and I should “get it” from my credit card company – even when I’m showing him the overcharge on my phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no manager there and given a bogus number in Miami. I called and a recording answered with the word “blackout”. No one ever called me back. Not the first time one of their employees didn’t know how to print out a credit card receipt. Hold on to your wallet if you still want to patronize this restaurant – or pay cash only – and check your receipts very carefully. They will give you a receipt that does not have your credit card number on it. Good luck trying to put that in dispute. Very dishonest.
