We were disappointed with the slow service and it was topped off with lots of items missing when the order was finally completed. Thankfully, when we told them about the missing items, they completed the order, but that meant more wait time. I would not recommend a stop at a place where they miss preparing nearly half of the order! If you’re forced to stop here, be certain to check your bags and make sure everything is there!

This used to be really good. However, the past several weeks, after waiting a long time to place an order, they announce they won’t be open for 20 minutes. I cannot afford to wait as I am on my way to work. I usually go on Saturday mornings. Sometimes there are several cars behind me. McDonald’s must be losing money on this, but they don’t seem to care. Otherwise, they would fix this problem.

HORRIBLE drive through customer service. I can see why they had a sign made up for the window to “treat their team members like family”. It’s because they’re smug and rude. Apparently if you purchase food you’re not allowed condiments unless you pay for them. Not one. Not to mention their phone number doesn’t even work. Would have liked to just talk to someone instead of publicly bashing employees, but here we are.

My sandwich was terrible dry, not hot, and the sauce was missing on the sandwich. They forgot to put my cookies in my bag and when I went back it took them ten minutes for them to get my cookies and tarter sauce. I want be going back the only thing I did enjoy eating was the cookies.

Worlds worst McDonald’s. Went through the drive-thru about 9:30pm. I got my son a happy meal. Then staff was rude when they asked if I wanted anything else. I said yes. I want a large fry, a mcchicken a #1 large and another big Mac. I paid. Got to my window to pick up the food and notice a fry was missing. Looked at my my receipt and they did not charge me for it. I told the lady at the window I ordered another large fry and I was not charged can I please get it and pay you for it. Oh no we can’t do that. Want to speak to my Manger. Yes. So told the manager the same thing and she told me the same thing. I was nice to this point. I understand we all make mistakes. So they wanted me to to get back in line which was long to fix what they messed up. I was no I would like a refund for my food. It took them 10 minutes for my refund instead the 2 minutes it would of taken just to let me pay and get a large fry. The staff was rude the whole time.

None of the workers were wearing gloves, was openly touching food without washing hands, flies all over the whole place, tables are not whipped down, customer service is awful. Something needs to be changed here, if I see someone openly touching burgers and fries again I will be filing a report with corporate.

Everytime I go there, my order gets screwed up. I go through the Nashville area often. You have a older lady who work mornings, that us very rude. So Everytime you order something. Check your order twice.
