Roaches all over the place. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. The workers have an attitude that exceeds their minimum wage pay rate. One drink machine is messed up and also doesn’t have ice. The bathroom is nasty and nobody cleans the tables. Health inspectors needed ASAP. We named the roach “Randall the roach”. If you come here, you may need a doctor on sight.

I order breakfast via DoorDash, I ordered hotcakes and sausage with a hash brown. Along with extra syrup. I received my order with no syrup, butter, not even silverware to eat it with. The fact that I paid extra for a second syrup and didn’t recieve it is not surprising for this establishment. It just a few cents but if I pay for I expect it to get in my bag. From the way the order looked you wouldn’t even think that the order was correct. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. I’ll just go to the one on Jonesboro Road instead. Picture attached

Placed mobile order to expedite my order and not have to wait as I was in a rush to an appointment. When I arrived and parked the app stated my order would be delivered within 2-5 minutes. Twenty five minutes later still no food. I went into the restaurant to get my food. Once inside I waited another 10 minutes to get my order. Needless to say I didn’t make a very important appointment. NEVER AGAIN!!

Our kids love McDonalds but this location should just close. No customer service from the drive thru to checkout. We received our order but we did not receive 1 cheeseburger. Normally, we would just leave and cut our losses but we were so hungry. I went in and had the receipt and original bag with me. 2 fairly nice employees tried to assist but the manager or supervisor said I was lying because she bags all the orders herself. I do not even care for their food. She made me wait then came out to argue about the burger then said I will just give it to you. We have spent so much money for our kids at this location and to be treated like this was unacceptable. Also, when we ate the food it was mostly inedible. The majority of the time we go there the staff is rushing you and very rude with few exceptions. We will not be back and they will no longer waste our time and money. Unfortunately, this lack of customer service and professionalism is a normal occurrence in McDonough.

This is a nice McDonald’s and I really enjoy the food but I really think that we can speed up the orders can we? I know that sometimes restaurants can be understaffed but a lot of people lose patience when it takes over at LEAST 20 minutes to get something to eat. Bathroom had overflowing toilet and urinal, no paper towels and no soap. Health hazard. Taking trash out through the front door (health code violation), all the kiosks were out of paper, and I’ve never actually seen a pop nozzle malfunctioning that way before. Closest way to describe it was the Fanta nozzle was shooting soda water out the front, and syrup on the bottom. Probably my worst fast food visit I’ve ever had.

This is the worst McDonald’s. They are almost always out of certain condiments, especially rent one time they were even out of ketchup. The soda machines in the lobby do not dispense the correct soda and sometimes don’t even taste like soda. Some of the drink selections When pressed push out water instead of the actual drink. The wait times are extremely long. And sometimes the orders are almost always wrong or prepared incorrectly. The bathrooms always smell nasty And sometimes there’s never any tissue or paper towels in the bathroom today there wasn’t any soap. This is the worst McDonald’s out of all the McDonald’s in the McDonough area!! It’s like there are so many people working But the wait times are still extremely long. I can be standing there waiting for almost 20 minutes just for one thing and there’s no communication or anything. The ice cream machine is almost always down and even one time I couldn’t get any mccafé beverages I guess because they didn’t feel like cleaning the machine. This location needs to close down immediately. It is so bad!!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! If you want to eat anything there, you should know that the staff might not give you all the food you ordered, as happened to us today! The place is filled with terrible smoke and the smell of burnt oil; your french fries will taste so bitter that even the sauce won’t cover the bitterness; the fish fillets taste like they’re several days old and are impossible to chew. You can believe every word of the comments, I unfortunately experienced it myself today! And the thing is, I didn’t even think to read what other people were writing because I didn’t suspect that something like this was even possible!

Walked in, and immediately had to debate which table looked the cleanest to sit at and still had to take someone’s trash off. The bathrooms were disgusting with trash everywhere, multiple of the drinks were broken or sprayed whichever drink everywhere, rude employees, and no napkins either?
