This is the worst McDonalds I have been to in your state. You might want to consider not taking everybody and find more quality people that care. Ordered a cheeseburger plain how do you screw that up? You should never scrape off an ingredient( onions) and hand it back to the customer ( in the same wrapper esp after everyone has touched it once again). That is shameful and I guess McDonald’s better thank your lucky stars I’m not allergic to onions. I don’t care what extra step you need to take in order to get what I paid my hard earned money for. Ya’ll are disgraceful.

Unbelievable. I order a quarter pounder deluxe meal, get to work and open my bag to find a chicken sandwich. Really top notch employees here. How can one place make SOOOO MANY mistakes?!

I have never entered the place once since ive started working near by. But occasionally stop by when in need of something quick and simple. Being a fearly regular around noon to like 2pm in the afternoon. I will have to say the drive through service/speed here is pretty good!. And so far all the food that I’ve recieved has been correct and made as It should be. I will say that do enjoy the speedy drive thru service. And of the the times ive been here there has not been a line circling the building. And when theres usually 5-6 cars in line it tends to move pretty quickly. Never really have to wait more then 5-10 min as of up untill now. But the one take away is the the male employee not sure if hesba manager or not but he usually is always seen at the cashier window. If not at the pick up window. But im not sure what is his issue but for some reason because he didnt want to leave the window to look or go grab it. He instead of tryin to even look or ask he js told me straight up that they do not have mayonnaise! Like. On rear occasions yes. But im sure its not likely. Like he never even turned away or blanked before saying nope they dont have any. And on a separate occasion ive asked for Mac sauce. And he done the same thing with no hesitation. Like so what do you put on your one burger that is part of the trade mark!!

The last stop thru the drive-thru was a very bad experience! I was at one speaker waiting to place my order, and I was ignored. I patiently waited while I watched three cars at the other speaker have their orders taken. I finally went to the window and placed order there, was told to park and I would have food brought out. It never came out! I then went inside to get the food that I had paid for and complain. I was treated VERY rudely by Silvia the manager! She refused to even acknowledge the many things that went wrong! I used to work at this restaurant sometime back, and I can not believe that customers are being treated this way now days!

Was served undercooked sausage on two Sausage Egg McMuffins. Sent in a complaint at the beginning of the week, haven’t received any response yet and it’s now the weekend. Also there was no rush, nor line up of vehicles during my order.

Went there twice now oldest, darkest food served. Waited to have my order taken took 10 min, then was asked to use electronic menu to order. 15 min to get food. I don’t get it.

This used to be the best McDonald’s around. Not anymore. The dude that took my order, and pmt was ok. But the ppl who hand out your food. Don’t make eye contact, say a single word, and not even a smile. At least the tax man smiles at you while robbing you blind. Customers should never feel like they’re an inconvenience to the staff. Prices go up, service drops

The remodel is horrible. Tons of wasted space. Uncomfortable chairs. The playplace is extremely cold. They put up big signs blocking the view to the playplace so you can’t see your kids playing and make sure they are safe. The tables are so small that you can’t even put two trays across from each other without one hanging over the edge. Plus, they removed the Redbox kiosk that was always being used.

Staff is extremely rude. I have been in the service industry most of my adult life and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but this staff is just rude. I tried to give my code at the drive through from the app and the person kept saying that there were no coupons so it didn’t matter. I realize there were none and just wanted to earn the points but she insisted it didn’t matter. I’m not sure if it was a communication gap issue or what. I did not get the points for that order so I am not happy about it. I then ordered a shake and instead of saying they were out she rang up at strawberry smoothie. When i said that is not what I ordered, the guy at the window then said “we don’t have shakes.” So I asked for a refund. Him and the manager were not nice and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand fast food can be hard but there is no reason for interactions with 3 employees being that negative.
