READING YOUR REVIEWS…YOU TRULY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A VERY RUDE MANAGER. My complaint…YOUR LATTE MACHINE IS ALWAYS CLEANING! I understand iwhen it was broke down, for a good 3 weeks…but, NO MATTER WHAT TIME …I’M TOLD IT’S CLEANING…IT’S NOW A FAMILY JOKE IF WE CAN AND/OR CANNOT GET ONE! WHEN I ASKED YOUR VERY RUDE MANAGER, WHAT ARE THE CLEANING TIMES SHE SAID 2 AND 4…I TOLD HER BEEN HERE BEFORE AFTER THOSE TIMES! HER RESPONSE WAS I can show you my cleaning supplies and then she slammed the drive thru window closed! Social media is a powerful tool, we will be utilizingth this tool…MCDONALD corporations, hopefully oversee their franchisees complaints. If customers are ordering lots of lattes and frappies, then maybe you should invest in having two machines. Also, I think your manager is either in the wrong line of work. Or maybe, she need to attend anger management classes. Please know we would like to order what’s on your menu…and not be told it’s ALWAYS CLEANING! THANK YOU!

Ordered 3 large coffee’s with cream and sugar on side they put it an the coffee’s. Two chocolate milk’s. 20 piece McNugget. Took around 1/2 hour to get are order. We asked about it oh were making fresh coffee. So we went in sat down. Than they sat it on the counter and never called us. I just went up and found it. There was one person a head of us. McDonalds in Follansbee, West Virginia is terrible. I was there and watched as new employee(it was the girls 3rd day)was humiliated for not knowing everything about that job in FRONT of all customers. By the way, her name was Lisa. She was awful. The girl quit the job needless to say. There was another ‘manager’ who joined in. Im pretty confident that they were calling her Twila or Twinky. I will never stop at that place when I’m passing through West Virginia.

I am at this place everyday. Usually morning. Someone wrote the comment a few years back about this place the people makes the difference and at THIS McDonald’s and WARWOOD Ohio county WV. That is very true. There is mangers here who get mad and upset if you tell them something isn’t right even if YOU paid the extra for something extra and you don’t taste it. They get mad. One time you could hear one of the ladies screaming in the store while I was at drive thru because she’s not happy I came back around because I paid extra for what I wanted and they still get mad. Like it comes out of THEIR pockets. There is a couple people younger girls who are really nice and will joke with you sometimes agree or giggle because it’s ridiculous how these managers act. And that seriously is only about 4 who I like and who is nice to me. But 4 is pushing it. I can say 3 forsure and they are ALL younger girls. Late 20s maybe thirty. That’s it. So take this place with grain of salt because you won’t get no more from this location
