Always short staffed. No matter how you order , the app , in person , drive threw or kiosk. You wait 15 mins or longer. Order normally messed up. And store manager yells at her employees in front of customers

Things were a problem from the time of ordering. I was told Theres no such thing as a mcchicken mcgriddle, even tho i order it every couple days at different locations. Ordered no cheese on the other mcgriddle i ordered, got cheese. Asked for extra eggs, was told they added it into the same container, but usually its separate and way more! If this is what extra eggs is now, geeze inflation really is hittin hard or something .-. (Photo) Asked for the mcgriddle egg on the side, tried to upcharge just to put it on the side instead of on it. I didnt order hotcakes, but well, at least i got them anyways to make up for the lack of extra eggs. But at least the food was hot, except for, ironically, the HOTcakes. Lol. I travel through here often, but in the future, will just go to a different location. Theres plenty of McDonalds’ with better service.

Don’t ever walk in here with any bags. Came in with a couple grocery bags and was kicked out. I truly hope all your higher ups don’t behave this way. If so it’s an embarrassment to the company and I truly hope they get fired and have real management hired moving forward. I would say have a nice day but nah. Your higher up people don’t deserve it.

The cashier on 07/17/2025 was ignorant and did not wish us a good day at all. Unfortunately, this is what has become acceptable in todays world. Tried to get what they advertise as the new smores mcflurry and of course they do not have ice cream in the middle of July. This McDonald’s is a complete dump with horrible service. Completely avoid this at all costs and just go to Sheetz across the street it is literally so much better.
