Unpleasant experience at McDonald’s play area due to manager enforcing unclear rules. Multiple families, including those with children on the autism spectrum, were denied access. Manager’s behavior was rude and unhelpful. Lack of name tags and uncooperative response when asking for contact information for reporting to corporate. Left due to discomfort with surveillance threat.

It is regular fast food, nothing to write home about. However, the majority of the staff including managers are so unfriendly. Not exaggerating at all, the last five visits there, in-store, they forget and give me my order incomplete and I have to ask for something. My drink, fries, food, something. The bothersome thing is, they don’t apologize for not bringing everything. Like I’m bother them. One time I order 2 breakfast burritos and they only bring one, they hurry back to the kitchen and ignore or don’t hear, (I’m sure I called loud enough to get their attention,) but they don’t stop, I have to go up to the counter to tell them what they forgot. Then they have to verify that I did indeed, order what I said I ordered and missing. While my food gets cold. Never an apology. It was never like that before the remodel. Again, the majority of the staff’s behavior borders on rudeness.

I just spent 30 minutes in line to get attitude after they got my order wrong. This McDonald’s charges more for everything. Mayo is 40 cents instead of 30, onions are 15 cents instead of free. So if I’m paying extra at this location, why am I getting attitude when you make my order wrong.

Every time we come here they never give the happy meals the sauces requested and it takes forever. Today, we were asked to pull up and wait for our drinks. After 10 minutes of waiting, we left because we had small children in the car and couldn’t go in.

The drive through person could only speak english a tiny amount. I didn’t even want to continue my order due to it being incorrect possibly. The food was dried out and looks like they used extra ketchup to make up for it. The fries were also dried and plain tasting. After (I don’t know why) I redeemed a frappe (total waste of points) the whipped cream was VERY light, and it was watery AF. I shaked it to mix in everything. Thats how watery it was aha……

Provided very bad customer service. Staff did not take order correctly and was argumentative with me. The female employee was even laughing, saying it wasn’t her fault that someone didn’t take my order correctly. She even argued that the coupon code I used didn’t exist! When I even showed her the code personally. She still insited it didn’t exist. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager took care of my order, but before that, the lady said the manager was telling her to tell me the things she said. This behavior was very rude and unprofessional.

One of the few times I didn’t double check before I left & they didn’t give me one of my meals…what makes me mad is I paid for it & never got it. I’m not sure how hard it is to make sure everything is in the bag before you send it to the window.
