I’ve been coming here since high school & I’m 50 now. It’s just good, old school burger & fries with a few other things on the menu. I will always come here as long as I live in the area to do so. Their only downfall would be their very young staff at times. Service is better when more adults are working vs the teens or very young adults are working.

I was so excited to try the burger here based on the reviews, but was definitely underwhelmed. It wasn’t bad by any means, but I really couldn’t taste anything besides the condiments and bread – I’m not sure if the patties were seasoned? Fries were hot and crispy. I don’t recommend the ranch (ranch-lovers know that’s worth adding haha). Overall not a bad experience, just nothing I would crave in the future.

Good fast food joint. Burgers are decent, fries are good, and the milkshakes are great. Food is pretty good for fast food and the options are all appetizing. Service is alright, but pretty standard for a fast food restaurant. Atmosphere is ok, it establishes an identity, but could use more work.

Food is good and tasty and used to be nice time but recently i cant quite put my finger on if its staffs attitude or customer service but it has been on decline. Tonight is probably the last griff’s run for us. Paid extra for bacon and this is their sad excuse. Added bonus seems almost impossible to get a milkshake from them. Its always “were out of milk” just like McDonald’s “our ice cream is broke”

Food is excellent as always!! The manager and her employees need more training immediately. I have been going to Griffs for 40 years, In River Oaks. Nothing but excellent service and pure professionalism. I understand the Haltom City store is fairly new but you would think that Griff’s would put good people in this store also.. The manager and the employees she over sees are unprofessional, need more training, and extremely low experience. I recommend you go to another store. Again the food at Griffs is excellent but the atmosphere and environment created at this store is unacceptable!!! I will not be back at this Store!! River Oaks Griffs is the best Store!! Managers are experience and a projected onto their employees!!!

Nostalgic and still good. I try to stop on the rare occasion I am in Haltom City. Their “giant” hamburgers are ordinary size. Now a days, but costs have gone up so much. That size is all I can eat anyways.

Classic backyard-style burger. Such a legit spot when it comes to the local history, so much they used to do a $.05 burger day! Get a double at the minimum, enjoy the rustic taste and seating. Greatness.

I had the worst experience today which honestly my 1st and last time my family will visit this location. We will stick to the river oaks location. Our order was not correct and when I asked for kids burgers to get corrected employees seem not to care. I do not eat pork nor meat so I ordered a number 6 and bacon was added to my chicken sandwich. The young boy at front desk took my sandwich to the cooks and let them know I was allergic. I watched the cook just wipe it off and the manager watched. I asked the manager to make a new sandwich and she was bothered by my request. My experience here was very unprofessional and there was no customer service at all. Please give these employees some training. Again, we love Griffs but will stick to the river oaks location.
