DO NOT waste your time. It is absolutely disgusting. One straw in the straw container and the there was catsup all over the box. The entire place had flies buzzing all around. The Staff is completely inept, at least when we were there. The tables and floors looked like they were not cleaned all day. And i dont expect a filet mignon when I go to McDonalds, but the food was the worst i have ever had at any McDonalds in my life. Not sure they ever clean the windows and the entire Staff was rude.

This McDonald’s in particular, has been very good with fast service in their drive-thru. Their play area is open and my kids love to play there, “of course” . I do wish for better dine-in service. The last visit was before the lunch rush, and it took a few minutes for the employee to come by the person in front of us. They were not under-staffed, I took into consideration maybe something happened, and I was patient. But after taking the person’s order, they went back to finish their conversation before taking our order. I hope they address this to their employees because there are more people who are not as patient and this can cause issues.

Foods great. The customer service experience would be a -10. No one greets or says anything. If so I’m glad you got someone who does something right. I ordered two Mc Chickens a bit ago and it took almost 20 mins. They forgot it and I’m always in the drive thru way over 10-20 mins on a 30 minute break from my other job, frustrates me and everyone i know told me to not go to this place.

The food was okay. Sandwiches weren’t assembled neatly, and the melted cheese made it difficult to try and fix. I waited in drive through for 17 minutes, and was at the speaker when I arrived.

What’s the point of curbside pick up. Ordered our food on the way. The app wouldn’t let us place the order till we were in the parking lot. Sat at the stall for 20 mins. And still had to go into the store to get our food! Place is a joke.

Ordered 2 Big Macs and both came bun on bun with two patties on the bottom. I had to call two times to let them know how ridiculous this was and I was told I should give them a break because there was two workers and it was their second day. It was 7:30pm the restaurant was empty.
