This Chipotle location impresses with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and attentive, consistently providing generous portions of whatever you choose from the menu. The line moves surprisingly quickly, making your dining experience efficient. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy your meal in the fresh air or in a cozy, climate-controlled environment. Parking is convenient, as it’s shared with several other stores, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Personally, I usually go for the chicken bowl, which I like to customize with creamy avocado and crisp lettuce for a satisfying meal.

The customer service is not present at this location. Both the attendants seem confused and more annoyed at being at work. They are very sloppy when making the food as the juices of ingredients and dripping on all the other line items. The WORST part is that this establishment is stealing your money. I paid cash and was not given my correct change of $.18. The food is completely overpriced and not worth the cost. What a waste!

The food and service is just ok, the cheese never melts because the food isn’t hot! My real complaint is that they close their restrooms super early, it’s 9:40pm and they don’t close until 11pm. What do they expect their customers to do when they have to use the restroom or just wash their hands for hygiene before they eat?? I contacted Chipotle corporate and they assured me the problem would be taken care of, well, this is the second time I’ve been here since corporate reassured me they would take care of it and both times were the same thing, bathrooms closed really early. Grrr…

HAIR!!!!! Walked in and walked right out of this Chipotle around 2pm today(09/25/2025). I was going to order a bowl but as I walked up to the counter I noticed a hair in the white rice. Mind you it was only about half of a container left so that rice had been served to others. The employee came to take my order and I informed him of the hair. He looks at the rice and grabs the hair. He pulls the hair out and its a long dark hair that is EMBEDDED in the container, so im sure it was incorporated from the woman who cooked it. It wasnt just sitting on the surface. The guy then sits the rice on the back counter after saying something to the woman in kitchen. There is no line, there is no rush, why not throw it away? Why pull the hair out? Even if there was a line, it take 2 seconds to toss the rice…made me think he’s going to put that rice back out there later… Then he comes back to take my order, doesn’t even change his gloves smh. No thank you

This place has food containers 1/3 empty. Food is cold as well. The meal made me sick which makes me think food handling was poor. Was new to chipotle and not a fan. Many choices in the area with a tasting meals.

2nd time I’ve gone and been disappointed, steak was dry and ” Carne asada” was tough and dry. Tastes like the meat isn’t fresh and is reheated.

The food is usually good. The thing I don’t like, and it really bothers me is the mess. I get that they are trying to get everyone out as fast possible. However, I think they need to take the few seconds to wipe the mess in between customers. They make a huge mess with sour cream, salsa and guacamole and then drag your bowls or foil through it. So it covers the outside. No one should have to put paper towels down or need a napkin just to open the foil.

Seem to skimp on portions if you leave out any of the different toppings. You would figure that you might get a little more beef if you opt out on the rice and beans…but no….even if you repeatedly ask. Same goes for the cheese….it seems that for what they charge you would get better options.

This Chipotle was placed in a great location but it’s a shame that every time I return it continues to go in decline. It may seem fine but the employees are starting to affect the quality of this place. Portions, cleanliness & refilling. Some of the staff have an immature indifference, the cooks in the other hand are doing well but the cashiers & servers could be doing better. I’ll continue returning to this location hoping for good change.
