I have a mixed review but overall it was satisfactory. My sandwich was made improperly I asked for no onions and extra sauce they did the reverse. But since we are all capable of making mistakes I went in and said something… they remade my whole order, upgraded to a larger fry andddd threw in an apple pie! Absolutely satisfactory and above and beyond what I expected! The woman working the register and running meals out today during lunch deserves a raise!

Been here twice, but never again! Don’t bother doing curb side to go you will wait longer then the drive thru. First time they forgot half my order and tried to give me someone else’s coffee, the second time I got home and there was no sausage in my sausage, egg, and cheese McDuffie and the receipt clearly said sausage! Staff was friendly enough, but again had to wait 10mins for curb side to go! Skip this location and hit the next closest!

Went through the drive through, of course I get pulled ahead, sat out there 20 minutes waiting for my food. This happened to me twice, I won’t return again! It did give me time to write this review.

Never going back. Two happy meals were ordered in the lobby. First off, there were no umbrella numbers the kiosk required you to enter to order. Then, the kiosk would not print our receipt, so I had no idea my order number. Once I learned my order number, it took FOREVER. I don’t mean impatient person forever, I literally mean at least 18 minutes. I watched as car, after car after car, after car, after car was served through drive through as they ignored multiple orders from patrons inside. Then, when they finally started serving the guests inside, multiple guests who ordered bigger meals after me were served first. When we finally got our food, we weren’t even given our cups for drinks. When we got those, the fountain dispenser was out of syrup/flavor mix to provide us our drinks. This inside felt grungy and dirty. This review is not to bash this place, in hopes someone in charge there sees it and makes improvements to be better. It also serves as a heads up to other consumers so you don’t get as frustrated when this happens to you there.

We had my daughters birthday today at the McDonald’s in Jefferson. The service was great. They had someone come out to take all our orders. The place was clean, friendly and the people were patient and kind. We had a great experience overall, and I’d definitely do it again.

I ordered a number 2b (quarter pound bacon cheese) NO MUSTARD add extra onions and pickles. Got a double cheese with no bacon and they added Tom and lettuce. Took it back. They made me a new burger still no bacon. The lady that help me did give me a apple pie and some more fries.

If this is “extra”, I shutter to think what regular is. It definitely wasn’t worth the $1.79 I paid to get it. Props to the morning drivethru dude though. He always makes my morning.
