While I was excited to try this new, chic Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, the accuracy of my order and the cost of my meal was a major detractor. I was charged extra for a drink and pita chips that I never got, and they didn’t put a lot of salad or toppings in my bowl. I also found their floors to be sticky, and their counters dirty.

I’ve been obsessed with CAVA! I don’t typically eat out often, but for something quick and actually healthy- I was thrilled to hear they were opening one in Smithfield. The staff always greets their customers with a smile and are always enthusiastic and welcoming. The manager, Eli, walked around greeting his customers and asked us how we were doing. it’s evident that he cares for his customers and staff and wants everyone to have an exceptional experience there. I always get the Grains+Greens bowl, and it’s been consistent every time which I appreciate. I’m so impressed by the great quality and amazing flavors. Everything is delicious, from the sauces, dips, proteins, grains, and all the variety of toppings you can choose from. They’re very generous with the portions which I love. I’d say the menu is affordable and completely worth choosing this healthier option versus the Chipotle or Panera next door. CAVA will not disappoint!

I visited Cava for the first time last week. The selection process can be a bit overwhelming for a first timer but Thank god for the manager Chris. He was very helpful and made great recommendations (Tzatziki Sauce a must !!) The food was amazing and the great customer service has made Cava my new favorite spot .

This place is my new “GO TO” fast food spot. Food is delicious! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Jose was very knowledgeable about food, flavors and made suggestions for our toppings. He is definitely an asset to Cava. Place is a good sized area and set in a plaza. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of staff. Place was pretty clean. Steady flow of customers. Plenty of food choices. Air conditioning was on point.
