Always a great experience. Update: 3/27/23 I just placed an order for delivery & the driver had the nerve to call us back reminding us that we didn’t add a tip! How are you asking for gratuity for service that you haven’t even provided yet?! I think that this practice is very rude & predatory! We usually tip in cash for gratuity, leaving the option to declare it on taxes to the provider of services, seeing that we’ve already paid taxes on the money. On top of that, she(The Delivery Driver)took our food to the wrong house! We had to go down the street & get her! This is the service that requires advance gratuity, I see why! She would have to get it up front & the customer would be charged with regret.

I love this location but I think it closed down and I’m bummed. They always got my order right and the food is fresh. We’re forced to order from the location at Wolf and 22nd now, which skimps on condiments & toppings. The cookies and bread from the Wolf Rd. location are also totally stale.

Horrible communication at this place, I went through the drive Tru to get a sandwich. I noticed there was a longer line then usual, so I waited 20 mins to get to the ordering machine to only have no one ask for my order for over 10 mins. I pulled up to the window to see what was going on, only to see the place wasn’t even open. Why couldn’t they have put a sign saying it was closed? They wasted the time of so many customers. It was ridiculous.

Sandwich was good but staff was weird. I asked very politely for a glass of water with my sandwich which was over ten dollars and the girl said “We don’t have glasses of water”. I obviously gave her a strange confused look and she smirked and turned away from me. Wouldn’t put it over Jimmy Johns to not want to provide customers with tap water without charging them 5 dollars, but that’s no way to say no to a paying customer about to eat your salty lunch meats.

I have been inside and thru the drive-up. My order is partially correct. I ask for my sub to be cut in half, I have to verify. I ask for a slim tuna and get a slim 1, roast beef. 100% of the time, I am not asked if I am a rewards member. Go a little further to Broadview location. Worth it.

Great Customer Service!!! I come to this Jimmie Johns when I want my sandwich made with my diet needs. They go above and beyond taking care of their customers. They do it with a smile. The manager makes sure your needs are met. I can’t say that about the store in North Riverside, IL. It’s closer but I’ll make the drive from Chicago to Hillside because they won’t disappoint me.
