I wasn’t planning on reviewing this Jimmy John’s, mainly because my experience went so poorly, to say the least. Long wait time with no other customers. Product not prepared for use. Extreme lack of customer service. I also witnessed an employee place receipts in the garbage, then go back into the garbage to pull them out and place them back on the prep counter. Upon arriving home to eat, I find this hair on the sandwich. That’s what pushed me to write the review. This is unacceptable. The experience was unfortunate already. Then to get home and see this. No motivation to return. I don’t recommend.

I have ordered a couple of times from this location. It is hit or miss with the employees. I went when they first opened for the day. The last order, I got there right at 10am, I saw the employee keying something in the register, I was thinking she was signing it, so I waited until she was ready to take my order. She looked at me with a grumpy look, “are you ready?” I thought to myself, “well are you?” Placed the order, I asked for a specific request, of course, when we ate the sandwiches we did not get the request, even gave a tip, however the sandwiches were still very good. I have always loved Jimmy Johns and will still continue to go to them. I’m sorry you do not enjoy your job.

So, I won’t be coming to this Jimmy John’s anymore. The staff is not doing the cleaning they should be doing. The last time I was there, the unsweetened tea tasted like mop water and had what looked like mold floating in it. We informed the staff, and it took them a while to tend to it. Then, today, I got ice from the machine, and that too had specks of mold in it. I told the staff about it, and they gave me a bottle of pop. No one tended to the machine, and as I walked out, I saw a guy using the same machine, and no one stopped him. It’s gross, and I’m done. The staff seems to only clean the surfaces and doesn’t bother with the internals.

Went on 9/23 Monday for lunch take out and there was this blonde Caucasian lady making the sandwiches and really mishandled the sandwich that she was making me, made me think she didn’t care about that the order. Should get better customer service.

Love JJ but this location has steeply declined in service. Always 1+ hour wait now for delivery. Used to be extremely fast. Have had items missing as well. Very let down. If you can avoid this location, I would recommend it.
