Terrible service. Rude from start to finish. Ordered an iced mocha latte with my meal. Initially got an iced coffee with caramel on the bottom. Then was told they don’t have iced mochas. Um yea you do. Then got this iced coffee with choc sauce on the bottom. Also didn’t get my hash brown with my meal or a straw for the drink then when asked for these items got laughed at and joked about by the 2 workers in the drive thru window.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I Came through drive through and ordered my food. I parked my car and opened my sandwich. My sandwich had a plastic glove in it! I took the sandwich back and first explained that the sandwich was wrong and then stated that the sandwich had a plastic glove in it. The manager with a blond wig on stated, “It looks like a clean glove so it should be ok”. The worst experience I have ever had. I will be calling corporate and speaking to a GM about this. The ladies there are rude and extremely unprofessional! They need to be terminated immediately!

Rude employees. Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 chicken happy meals. No chicken nuggets in both boxes. Went back and went inside just to have the employees look at me and turn away. My family and I just went to this one about 10 minutes ago, the lady at the window who took our order sounded like she would rather be anywhere else. I ordered two cheeseburgers and only got 1 and it was cold, the rest of the burgers were subpar at best… Get better employees

Opened my 6-piece chicken nugget box to find a massive dust bunny attached to one of my nuggets. Absolutely disgusting knowing that if they drop your food on the floor, they just pick it up and serve it to you that way. Didn’t even bother wiping the dust off, they clearly don’t care. Came here at least once a week for lunch, but I definitely won’t be back.

The worse customer service I ever had . I ordered chicken 10 Pisces chicken nuggets and charge me 24.89 cents . I told her that it doesn’t seems right and she insists is 24 dollars I asked her 5 times and the same answer and she got mad and told me if I want it or not . Place is horrible. Lady was upset that she forgot my drink. So when I asked for the drink I ordered she slammed it on the counter. She told another customer, that was trying to order, “we don’t cash cash, byeeeee”. Employees were doing nothing but yelling and screaming the whole time. Bunch of animals in there….
