Got my order wrong twice, rude and slow and didn’t get refund for the food I didn’t get. I ordered breakfast last minute and when I pick up, they can’t make it anymore, which is very acceptable so I just asked for my coffees and refund for the food. Both coffees are wrong. My coffee taste like nothing, they didnt put any cream or sugar in my boyfriend’s coffee which was includedin the order. So I went inside and ask to make another one for my coffee. Waited a long time when they don’t even have a lot of customers and it tasted exactly like the first one. And AGAIN, they didn’t refund for my food!

The person taking orders here really brings the whole experience down. They are consistently rude, slow, and show little effort in understanding or processing what’s being asked. It feels like they don’t care about the customers at all. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they have at the front someone with more professionalism and basic customer service skills would make a huge difference.

I’ve already had issues here (running out of hamburgers at noon on a Monday, missing items, rude service), but this most recent visit takes the cake. The bun on my burger was absolutely rock hard. See the video. This location is a joke. You’re better off going to literally any other fast food place.

I was pondering, and I wanted to get some McDonald’s late at night. It was the season of leprechauns, and March madness and I wanted a delightful shamrock shake. I met this worker named Juan. Juan was very good with my shamrock shake and even gave me extra whipped cream yummy. The shamrock shake was delightful and it came out in approximately one minute and 28 seconds, which is a record time in fast food industry. I have nothing but the best for this place I don’t know why it’s 2.4 stars but this is hands-down, the best place I have ever seen. I will be going here every day here for the rest of my life #McDonaldsOnTop
