They never got the order right and we never recieved our food or drinks. People were extremely rude and obviously acted like they didnt want to be there. Non employee workers were walking behind the counter giving employees hugs and nobody was working. A couple of people complained being there over an hour waiting on food just to be laughed at by the employees. Worst mcdonalds experience so far. Had a better experience at the Taco Bell thats literally 500ft away.

I was trying to unlock my card and was told at the payment window “you just going to have to wait” followed by snickers and the ladies at the window walking off. When they came back from wherever, I was met with smugness and no apology. Incredibly rude attitude.

All of the burgers (McDoubles and cheeseburgers) were old. The cooks did not pay attention to the ticket because it clearly say plain on cheeseburger on the ticket. The night shift here definitely need training because day shift have their food fresh, hot and ready. I’m here to visit and I almost prefer to come in the morning for breakfast than late evening/night for dinner. Whoever the cooks are or whomever is managing is not making sure food thats ordered are fresh. This food looks disgusting and the cheese were also old. I was told to pull around to the side and been sitting here for 15 mins just for a remake. At this point, I am requesting my money back because no one even came to the door with my food. #Ridiculous

Tbh I would give 0 stars. I like McDonald’s but their service is terrible. Their drive through supposedly is open 24/7 if you have work in the morning and go through there, you won’t see a soul. There were times I’ve placed my order online and paid…got to the window some ones telling me they ‘dont open until 6’…mind you it’ll be 5:59. Its so annoying inconvenient.

I have NEVER been to a McDonald’s like this one. The workers are the sweetest, most attentive, and focused people! They are working hard to make people feel welcome and cared for. Our breakfast was good and matched standards found at other McDonald’s. But the atmosphere is amazing. They even have tablecloths on a number of the tables.
The front of house lovely lady brought our food, separated it by person, then took or trays when we finished.
Pretty much stunned.

Waited in line for 15 minutes….never was greeted….the Manager on duty actually got moving when I started my video recording.
I was told I couldn’t film here and to delete my video…..I said I needed to let the owners know what was going on and I was told to leave. We usually spend over $100 a week at this Unit….guess I’ll be spending that money with your competitors! This MD actually has good food……but the horrible service is served with an attitude..SAD!

Me and my wife tried the new chicken sandwich, the chicken was not fresh, it was dark colored, the bacon was burned, there was so little sauce I couldn’t even taste it, the ice machine was out of ice, there was no sweet tea. So sad smh….
