I used to come here over any other location because of the quality of the food, but now it has gone down 10x. Had to do refunds/request fresh items multiple times from this location, I would just stop ordering from here at this point. Nacho fries are always old and stale (which is odd because they’re seasonal items), some how they just never put the correct amount of meat on your burrito/taco items it’s always less, the drinks are always just straight carbonated water with no flavoring. If you’re looking for a classic hit the spot Taco Bell meal please don’t waste your time here.

We went there at night and received the most pleasant service possible at the drive thru. The girl was even nicer at the window. I didn’t really expect such great customer service because people in fast food get treated poorly which sometimes makes them not happy at their job and at this time of night I expect people to be tired and not excited to be at their job but this girl was amazing. She told us info on the receipt to get rewards and some upcoming specials. How cool and makes me want to patronize this place every day. The food was so delicious and fresh. Thank you Taco Bell staff for a great experience.

Even for a late, last-minute meal, this place is unacceptable. It actually gets worse each time we go, and this was definitely the last time.
This location forgets to put something in the bag every time. What is in the bag is of horrible quality, even for a Taco Bell. The chicken is too hard and dry to actually chew, taco shells are broken, and the exterior of the wrappers are covered in sauce. Chalupa shells are beyond stale and difficult to chew. My wife asked for no lettuce in her crunch wrap but, of course, they included it anyway.
The Baja Blast tastes more like dirty water than anything else. I’m actually glad we ordered a large and received a medium.
They also never give us a receipt, for obvious reasons.

I was order my food and wait in drive thru I let the cashier know to add one more things in my order she let me to drive around back and spend my more twenty minutes for nacho fry.really disappointed for service.

Ordered via app, went to drive up, nobody answered, so I drove up to the window. Worker was in the kitchen ignoring me. Then went to walk in but the door was locked despite the sign on the door saying open. The only car in the parking lot was this one parked in the handicapped spot. Brand new Taco Bell already hiring bust out workers who don’t work while being open and park in the handicapped spot.

Unfortunately they didn’t have the taco pizza I wanted, so I ordered the steak quesadilla. Got that baby and it was hot! I’ve never gotten any item from any taco bell cooking hot as the quesadilla I got today!!!! Drive thru associates were very pleasant and friendly!!
