Pulled into the drive through and there was one car in front of me. Ordered my food, paid at the pay window, and pulled up to the pickup window. Got my drinks and sat there for a couple minutes. Then was asked to pull forward, which is fine because I figured that meant they had to make something fresh. Got my food and drove 5 minutes home. All the food was cold. Why did I have to wait so long for cold food? Not the first time this has happened either. Ridiculous.

Bad experience with customer service. The women’s bathroom stalls were filled up by McDonald’s employees just on their phones “watching my tic toks and hitting my vape”. Which cause a slow down in service for everyone else. Great way to treat the paying customers who are actually trying to use the restroom.

I had a good experience I took my daughter here for lunch. They were short staffed but did the best they could. Even when one customer was complaining loudly they showed professionalism. I told one of the workers that everyone was doing a great job. My food took awhile but worth the wait.

The restaurant is too small because it has limited seating available. The restaurant lacks atmosphere. It lacks good lighting. I recommend to include better illumination. The restaurant lacks the McDonald’s traditional atmosphere from my childhood. There where people inside the restaurant occupying seating space that were not eating or waiting for a meal. There was one person inside the restaurant who was sleeping. My sandwich and fries were cold. The sandwich was good, but cold.
