The first person who I came across was a young guy shoveling snow. He was in a good mood and friendly. He had a great attitude and it was hard to miss it. The young lady who rang up my order was nice and courteous as well. The other coworkers who made eye contact with me were definitely not going out of their way to say Hi.
I used the men’s room while waiting for my order and I ran across the same problem hlat this location as I have at some other McDonald’s restrooms. When they build these stores and outfit the restrooms they do two things I find irritating, and see as poor planning. They need to make sure all restroom doors are push to exit if you’re not going to provide paper towel dispensers.
If you have doors that are pull to exit and you do not have StepNPull/Foot pull door openers then how do you exit the restroom cleanly? Either you have to use a piece of your garments to open the door or you have to grab a piece of toilet paper from the stall to open the door. If you don’t do either then you’re forced to open the door by hand which negates the hand washing process.
Even more important are the employees who walk out of the restroom after having “Washed” their hands.
C’mon management… you’re not aware of this nasty situation?

Ordered the big arc. Very bad no sauce no flavor all I could taste was the raw onion. Fries were cold and they had no soda had to get tea. Worst location ever.

Ordered last night (12/4/25 just before 6:00 pm – order #1983) for curbside pickup. When we arrived, 15 minutes after placing our order, there was no where to park for curbside, so changed the order to counter pick up. Tried to call twice to let them know it was changed, no answer. Not surprising on that due to how busy they were. Went inside to the counter and we waited for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. We could see our order on a shelf, getting cold. People were coming to the counter, placing an order and getting their order, all while we were being ignored. We never did get our food, but were charged for it. The customer service is severely lacking and we will NEVER order from this place again.

Great service and food, the place was great except the managers were having a meeting in the corner of the restaurant and they were louder than any of the customers. I saw other folks looking at them in kinda disbelief, it was okward. Still good food.

Everytime i go there the dude in the drive thru with long hair and pimples on his face is always so hella rude and bot very friendly at all. Ill take my service elsewhere.. if you cant handle the customers properly then you dont need that job.

Seriously, use the drive-thru window. If I’m the only person in line it is not necessary to have me park in a stall every time. No other place does this. This is not how drive-throughs are supposed to work.
