Went through the drive thru that took FOREVER!! Pull away check the bag and a cheeseburger is missing had to pull around and go inside. This was the first real meal my niece wanted after having tonsil surgery so she was super excited to eat it. Get back to our hotel and give her the 10 piece and fries and the nuggets were cooked to HELL!! They were so dry it was like chewing and trying to swallow a sponge!! The fries were the same and completely cold which I don’t understand being as busy as they were?? Glad we had the cheeseburger as backup and even though it was cold it was edible. And our hotel was 2 minutes away so it wasn’t the drive. This is the first time being up north and having bad fast food It’s always been a world of difference from around the Detroit area.

This was a clean McDonald’s, the food was good and located in a nice area with a safe vibe. No complaints with the location. Good place to stop on the UP side before or after crossing the bridge. If in UP this could be last option for a while.

We stopped more than couple of times in our recent visit to this area. This is the one of the only option we had and so had to stop by. Our every visit there was a sizable queue on drive through or dining. Approx takes at least 15 mins to get your food even if it is curb side pickup. Otherwise no complain on food (standard Macdonald taste).

This McDonald’s is doing breakfast RIGHT!!! It was the best hashbrown I’ve ever had. Hot , crispy, not greasy at all…which tells me that their oil is right temp and fresh oil. Good sausage Egg McMuffin as well

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! A young man helped us and was THE RUDEST person I’ve encountered in a long time. Just no communication skills and very arrogant. Not to mention he was rudely staring at my appearance do to a disease I have and made the entire visit one to remember but not for anything good!

Always always always check your food before you leave here. Last time they shorted us 2 nuggets and this time they completely forgot our nuggets. Messiest burgers ever, too.

We sat in the drive-thru line from 10:15 pm – 11:00 pm and the only movement in the line was from people leaving. No signs posted that the drive-thru was closed. Nobody answering the intercoms. Then they shut down at 11:00 pm (per their hours) and didn’t say anything even then….just shut the menus off and locked the restaurant. Don’t recommend wasting your time here.
