Very nice staffs. They bring your order to you. Chicken nuggets were hot. Wifi is fast enough to watch video or do some work. Plenty of outlets too.

Today 1/10/26- We ordered four hash browns, a #1 meal, and a #7 meal. When we received our order, we were given five hash browns total. We informed the drive-thru employee that we did not receive all of our food.
The manager then came to the window and stated that we had ordered five hash browns. We explained that our order included two meals, each of which comes with a hash brown, plus four additional hash browns. The manager insisted that this totaled five hash browns. We explained that two meal hash browns plus four extra hash browns equals six. The short lady manager continued to insist that we had only ordered five and stated that we would need to purchase another hash brown.
We hesitantly agreed and said we would come inside to buy the missing item. At that point, the manager attempted to lock the door to prevent us from entering, though the exterior door did not lock. Once inside, the manager stated she was going to call 911.
We then exited the restaurant we still did not receive the hash brown we had already paid for. Due to the unusual and concerning behavior, we contacted the police ourselves to report the incident.

Staff were friendly, helpful, attentive to the counter. The menu is limited ( express restaurant ) orders were correct, my sandwich was fresh ( a little cold though ) fries were fresh and hot. The dining room was clean, well stocked with ketchup / salt. No drink station accessible to customers though. I have been to ALL the Mcdonalds in Kalamazoo / Portage, they all have poor service and substandard food … this is our new McD, it’s worth the extra drive.

Served me a raw burger and refused a refund.

I stop at this truck stop regularly, and I do believe being served the burger this way was an honest mistake.

After talking to Jeff, a new manager, he corrected the mistake and made me a new meal. He seemed very concerned and even stated that he is keeping a closer eye on the grill.

His eye contact and professionalism convinced me of his genuine effort.

Thank you, Jeff. I appreciate people like you, and I hope you keep training this standard with all of your employees.

I tried to use a code for a .29 soft drink with a purchase of $3 and it wouldn’t work. When I asked the lady she said it was for only sweet and unsweetened drinks but the coupon said soft drinks. I got a dr.pepper. When asked she goes idk. I continued to ask she kept repeating the same thing. Would offer to fix it or to bring a manager in to help clear anything up. She was cold. I don’t usually mind but if you don’t know a question a customer asked then go get someone to help teach. Very unprofessional.

Usually we are very pleased with this McDonald’s but today was a huge disappointment. It took almost a half hour to get my food. They cleared the drive thru 3 times while I waited at curbside. I get home after finally getting my food to find out my husband is missing one of his snack wraps, my kids are missing their apples from their meals, we are missing our sweet and sour and my apple pies are old before I even placed my order! I’ve tried to call the store multiple times to talk to someone but it rings once then hangs up. I don’t want to drive back to the store as it’s already 7:30 tonight now.

The loves has no hot food for drivers
Everything is gone.
The only employees I can find are out side smoking( at least 5 )
No extra large cups
The only real truck stop in a 50 mile radius and it’s a dump.im.not going to waist my time responding to a robo email questionnaire just read the reviews the employs and management at this location need replacing nobody wants to work

I am so fed up with this location. They just actually screamed at my wife for mobile ordering something they didn’t have on their menu, as if it was her fault, and failed to offer a refund or replacement. They frequently close the drive through without turning it off on their mobile app, forcing you to come inside. The staff is in constant turnover and this location constantly has issues.

Very slow service. Bizarre restaurant with “no refills” and somehow they were denied the chance to serve the McRib. Overall seems terribly mismanaged.
