They had 2 employees standing behind the counter, and still made me use the kiosk. I like paying with cash, not plastic. I ended up waiting longer for my order to go through, than if I just asked the lady for my coffee. Just make this location a drive thru only if you don’t want to interact with customers coming inside. I don’t think I will be going to this particular McDonald’s again. I must add, the employees were very nice. I can’t blame them for the way the store is ran. I couldn’t tell I wasn’t the first person frustrated with the kiosk, but I didn’t take my anger out on the employees. They are just doing their job, and were very nice.

At first I was starting to wonder what happened with my order( I ordered on the app for curbside) and my blood sugar was getting pretty low so instead of attempting to go inside (I might pass out) I called to see what the hold up was turns out they were waiting for the McCafe machine which I’m fine with I love their caramel macchiato. BEST MACCHIATO EVER so I apologize for seeming like I was rushing the order but everything was perfect.

Food is always fresh and employees are polite. Only issue I’ve had is with mobile orders at this location sometimes charging me but the employees not being able to find the order. Other than this I have had great experiences at this location.

Just walked out this McDonald’s. Just wanted to order a couple of drinks. Manager looked me right in the eyes and told me and another customer, no one was going wait on us, but could use the Kiask. Why be open if you are not going to prove 50 cents worth of customer service. McDonald’s used to be the gold standard for customer service, but this location has driven that idea into the toilet.

Ordered a frappe on the app they machine is down been down for 2 years cause they too lazy to clean it but they still take my money through they app and the app says the store supposed to deal with it the store always tells me the app pays it back not us blso you call the 1800 number on the app they say the store will refund it never refunded it… There is three stores in the portage area that are doing this. This one, the one the one on portage road not the one at the corner of centre Ave but the one further north, and the one on stadium I they making a killing on it… Someone is pocketing all that cause it sure ain’t me and I’m not happy with any of them in the area especially this one

They need to manage their drive through better. Don’t make people wait 10 minutes to get a beverage. Move people to the “wait ” area if their order isn’t ready.

Went inside to order, ignored, told I had to use machine to order because they were understaffed and the counter wasn’t open, had trouble with machine, asked for help, rude employee came so I left, everyone in the drive-thru was waited on with no issues

One of the best, if not the best, McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. The manager working was on top of things and helped get food out quickly. As I left the kiosk my number was called to give me the cup I ordered to get my drink. Before I could even sit down, my food was ready.
