Has a new “Modern” McD’s format. Service was slow. Arrived about 2pm and placed order inside.. Had to wait for a cup of coffee and a small shake. (‘Ive received full orders faster.) After what felt like a long wait, I asked the managers who were having a conversation directly behind the counter how long it takes to pour a cup of coffee. Our order was then quickly filled. In a service industry, customer service should take priority.

Been going here locally for a long time and the place has just got really bad. Just went through the drive through and clearly asked for hot fudge on my Oreo McFlurry. When we pulled up to the window there was no hot fudge and then they proceeded to tell me I didn’t order that and that if I wanted that it would be an up charge. I said that was fine and then they proceeded to tell me that I had to pull ALL the way around so they could rering up .35 cents while my ice cream was already melting. It’s a shame that I try spending my hard earned money here when I can’t even get what I want. I’ve been in the food industry for 8+ years. Fast food to high end dining. Just be better. 0-10 do not recommend this place.

By FAR the cleanest and kindest McDonald’s we have ever been to!!! We brought our family of 6 in to play, eat, and do homework. Roy and Lenaya (hopefully I didn’t butcher her name) were literally shining with kindness and really putting the effort into making this place a happy atmosphere to be! You can feel the joy radiating from them!! We drove here from Houghton Lake and will continue to make this a regular thing! Thank you both for creating such a family friendly and warm atmosphere to be in!!!

This is a well-oiled machine. Never, have I ever, seen what I saw today in ANY fast-food restaurant I have EVER been in. The owner, Roy, personally handed me my to-go bag with a smile. He then turned calmly and voiced to the “behind the scenes” team, “I need one more cheeseburger, please.” Yes, he said “please.” I counted 13 employees, and there was urgency in every one of them. Crew members were hustling orders to the drive-thru wait area as well as tables inside. All this happened during the lunch rush hour (12:15pm). Spectacular demonstration of what excellent leadership can do. Corporate needs to send a film crew here so every manager and employee can witness what Roy and his team members have achieved.

Went through the drive thru for a kids meal and 2 reg meals. We were told to pull to the side and wait. Every time the kid came out with bags of food, he went to the wrong car every time. Waited over 25 minutes for fast food, and the food was cold.

A simple order of 3 cheese burgers, fish filet, Big Mac and 10 piece nugget with 2 medium fry took almost 30 minutes to make. First forgot fries. Than forgot nuggets. All this with 9 employees working. DONT THINK I WILL BE TO THIS McDonald’s.
