Slightly run down on the interior. All supplies like sauces, lids, etc. were empty. Employees were very friendly. The food looks nothing like the menu pics. Was decent flavor, but way overpriced! We paid $41 for 4 people with 2 drinks being water.

I’m a delivery driver and late at night no one will make orders. It open 24 hours on weekends but they literally sit outside in their cars or just hide inside and don’t answer the drive thru. I’ve been there 4 times tonight and had to cancel every order. Also it closes whenever employees feel like closing. It’s open til 2am week nights but never is it open past 1 am. And if you try to get them to make your order when their sitting outside they are rude. Last night I canceled 2 orders.

My husband had not been to one of these since the 70s and it was my first time. The manager was a small older woman who demanded respect from her crew that did not comply. She was doing her best to keep moral up and get them to work as a team all while keeping a smile on her face and basically doing it ALL. I had the breakfast combo and it was very good. My hubs got a few things but his all time favorite is the tacos. We got a bag of them to go so that he could enjoy them for a day or so. I wish there was one closer to us but it’s worth the 3 hr drive. The manager on 1st shift needs a raise and a bonus for not losing it.

Came to this location late saturday night on 21 May with some friends. There was only one person working the drive thru and I wish I had gotten her name so I can give her a shout out because she killed it. Food for 6 people in about 15 minutes and not a single order was wrong and it was pretty good.

This location is an absolute joke. Detoured an extra half an hour on our trip to get Jack in the Box. Went in at 9:20 on Friday when the sign on the outside clearly says they close at 10. 1 person inside for 10 minutes trying to get stuff around to help us. Then the rest of the crew comes inside and get into an argument with the manager because they took off without saying anything while on the clock. Goes on for 5 mins and then one of the employees who had came back gets angry at us for being in the store because it is supposed be closed at 9 even though the posted sign clearly says 10. Extremely disrespectful staff besides the manager. Decided to not even get food through the drive through due to fear of them messing with our food. What an absolutely ridiculous experience. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The were horrible. They were. nothing but a little bit of a bean/meat mixture and a sprinkle of lettuce. The shell was part greasy and the other part beyond crispy. Chicken patty was tender but not favorable. Was advertising brownies but said they no longer sale it. Will never eat Jack in the box again. Made the franchise look bad at this location.

Michelle’s horrid attitude and temper was a joke. I ordered 2 orders of the 2 tacos. That’s a total of 4 tacos. Easy math there. My bf ordered the same. That’s 4 plus 4. A total of eight. I verified the order and she said i was wrong in how i ordered. She said i should have ordered 8 tacos. She’s implying that my bf shouldn’t have voiced his own order like the grown man he is end I should have ordered for him and myself together like a mommy. also she was snappy and gave another customer attitude while we were there. Horrible customer service.
