I gave this location another chance as I know fast food can be hard especially when u are short staffed. However a few weeks ago I came to pick up a mobile order and at the speaker was told it would be a 5 min wait until my order could be taken due to only having 2 crew members in the building I understood that fully… today I went to get a mobile order and I waited over 30 minutes to get old cold fries and my daughters Hamburger was not correct we ordered no onions on a kids meal burger it came with a ton of onion and no pickles so I had to wait another 10 min to have it fixed. I understand times are hard but maybe turn off mobile ordering if u don’t have the staff to cover?

UPDATE….Can’t even get your corrections right… not a happy meal. Apparently they do not listen intently to correct a problem right. Had a large cheeseburger meal…..A LARGE CHEESEBURGER MEAL with a Shamrock shake. Not, I repeat, NOT A HAPPY MEAL!!! I can get one mistake, but to blatantly get the correction wrong by not even apparently knowing what was wrong? Tonight we came in to grab some food after a sports event and faith helped up us. She was just the kindest. Helpful, sweet and even came and asked how our food was. You don’t see such smiling faces usually at a fast food place. Everyone that was working together all seemed to work so great together and it was just so refreshing. And our food was also so fresh and good! A++

40 min in the drive through, with no one in line. All day everyday. Every single time I come here. 40 min! Really think about that.. they let one person order at a time, fill, then let the next person order. What is wrong with this McDonald’s. 20 min to order 20 min for food, you will run out of gas waiting.

Oh this place has the absolute worst server I’ve EVER seen in my entire life. She wouldn’t repeat the order or respond to anything we asked or said at the menu. And after we asked her multiple times to read our order back and got pure silence for about 5 mins. We finally drove up to the window and again asked could she let us know what she had for the order she pressed her face against the metal strip in the middle of the window and softly spoke into the glass and metal what she had. So I took it upon myself to just repeat the entire order that was still not put in correctly. And I was so upset I try to not give any person that has to work with lots of people each day a hard time bc it’s hard enough. Dealing with 50 different attitudes and moods but I absolutely had to let her know that she was the rudest unfriendly not qualified employee that McDonald’s has. I’m sorry it needed to be said.

Located out north on Dixie highway. It’s a great place to stop before you hit up holy oaks, mt Holly or even the Renaissance festival. One of the last few places to grab before you get there. Service is quick and food orders always seem to be right. You can use the app for deals. There is a korger gas station next door if you can’t find it.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins for an iced coffee and mcflurry. Got to the window and the iced coffee had a layer of coffee grounds on the bottom. Mcflurry was melted. They pulled me to the 3rd window and i had to wait longer. If you need speed, pick a different place.
