Another gem. This McDonald’s looks as if the OWNER works here. The bathroom is clean, the dining room is clean, Service is fast and precise. The most impressive visit was when i was waiting for the machine to place my order, and the manager complimented my order, for waiting slightly longer than usual, he said to me “I got you” and gave me a free coffee and caramel sundae. Thanks again.

I ordered online with the app. The app let me know some of the drunks would be missing the caramel topping. I ordered an iced caramel mocha. I received a very watered down iced coffee. I also ordered an iced sugar-free vanilla latte. I didn’t get the right drink for that one either. We tried to call the store but no one answered the phone. My daughter went there the day before and had issues, too. It seems like they can’t make a coffee drink correctly. Next time I will drive a little further to get a correct coffee order.

Placed my order paid and go to the window to pick up my food and I noticed my 2nd breakfast sandwich was not on my receipt I told the lady at the window and she said I would have to wait in line or come in… it is not my fault my second sandwich was not on my receipt why should I have to be in convienced? I had a child in the car with me and the line was long it wouldn’t make sense for me to go in or wait in line. Also no strawberry jelly in my bag which was on my receipt. This is my second incounter with this Mc Donalds. This is unacceptable. Everytime I go to this location it’s bad service I would not recommend.

I came in at around 1:40pm and the drive thru line was a bit long. I decided to go inside. There were two people behind the counter and when I was acknowledged, I was told “you can put your order in on the kiosk”. I didn’t think I heard him right so I said “I’m sorry?” To which he again stated “you can put your order in on the kiosk”. As a general tip, don’t force your customers to use the kiosk. If I walk inside, I want to speak and interact with a person, not another machine. If the priority of McDonald’s is going to force people to use a technology that they don’t want to use, then I won’t be frequenting it any longer. Customer service depends upon interactions.

I’ve been here multiple times and consistently out of items. I just went through the drive-through and was told they weren’t taking any drive-through orders at 9 pm. I’ve never been able to get ice cream or a shake from this location. This has to be the worst McDonald’s location. The real unfortunate part is that it is the closest to my house. Rude and unprofessional. I will no longer attempt to give them my money, and I hope whomever reads this won’t make that mistake.

Went through drive thru and they were super unprofessional. Kid in Simpsons sweat shirt handed us the happy meal then a small bag. My boyfriend said, is this all? He said yeah, turned around and walked away. They didnt give us any of our FF or sweet and sour. Tried yelling excuse me but nothing. So he honked the horn. The kid came to the window and just looked at us. We told him we didnt get our fries. Again, he turned without saying anything. The whole time he just gave dirty looks. They tried to give us a med FF when we ordered a large. So the MANAGER took our med fry back and dumped it into a lg container and then gave it to us. I was horrified. The FF and nuggets were cold and burned. Worst experience. Obviously there 2.9 rating speaks for itself.

Great customer service, the food is hot and fresh! I went through the drive thru and the lady was friendly and got our order quick. When we got our order it was all bagged separately- I had three orders and it was fresh. I love McDonald’s fries but only when they are fresh and salty. And they were! I’m happy and full

The McDonald’s on 10 mile and Hoover is terrible. Management of this McDonald’s need better service, atmosphere, customer service. The only good thing was the food. Clean up the floors tables and area. Service was slow. Waited a long time for my food I sat down. The employees were to busy flirting. Handle your customers. It was hot no air. Good Luck on improving

Beth is a horrible supervisor treats her workers like garbage constantly harrassing them for one thing then allow other people to do the same.. She picks favorites… She is very rude to guest and has even had physical altercations with guest…she should not be running that store!!Need my food and here she is on her phone

Checked lobby hours on a Saturday night; open until 10pm. I walked in and was told they are closed. When I asked what time they are open until because the door said 10, I was told “Right now we didn’t lock the door yet because my manager is coming in”. I called twice to speak with manager regarding policy. The phone rang until it the call was dropped because no one answered. The employee could have had my order in and cashed me out faster than the time it took to explain was she would not be servicing me… during posted hours… with the door open for me to walk in?? But she had to go back to doing nothing. She was not pulled from the line to have a conversation with me she was having a conversation with a fellow employee. I’m so confused. I work in customer service. Lame.
