If you guys didn’t want to make the food you could’ve just said you were closed. First meal of my day before a night shift, something said don’t go, they might be closing soon. But I went. Completely disappointed. Old crusty food and enough salt on my fries to use for tomorrow’s lunch and dinner. I threw it away. I’d rather be hungry another 12 hours.

Horrible unprofessional service- stood at the counter with 3 employees looking at me while they talked. Then said excuse me and someone holler from behind the wall one minute- then went back to their conversation. Complete ridiculous- hey management team, I’d rather have no help than this kind. I’ll never return to this location. This is the McDonald’s at 26 mile attached to the marathon. Saturday (05/13/2023 at 9:30 am. Order number 628.

I have had plenty screwed up by this McDonald’s on many occasions. Unfortunately I spent almost $50 and had asked for fresh chicken for the sandwich and nuggets and also fresh fries if they didn’t mind. Now I’m normally not a bitcher but being the sandwich tasted hours old and nugs weren’t “fresh” and also my fries were stale… I felt like I should call. I was told on multiple occasions that nobody could help me until the general manager was there. And I did indeed call the same night trying to figure out what they would like me to do for a full refund and maybe some toys that did not come in my kids happy meals. I called on the days they told me to to speak with her and again no luck. I was told she would give me a callback on two separate occasions and that my name and number were written down and to expect the call. Still nothing. I finally get to talk to her today and I was told that since I didn’t speak with someone the night of and I didn’t bring my food back even though nobody answered and told me that’s what I’d have to do, that the best she could do was give me 2 meals and 2 toys(not even replace the happy meals). Now when your children look at you and ask why did they not like us enough to not give us toys… Honestly it breaks your heart. On many levels this could of been handled so much more professionally instead of talking to me like I’m an idiot for wanting a refund and not holding onto the food for two weeks while I waited to talk with her. Cause again per their employees she was THE ONLY person who could help me with that. This location has some work to do. I’d really love to see it improve from a terrible 3.3 rating.

So I placed an curbside order on the McDonald’s app and paid for it. Once I parked I tried to pull the order but it wouldn’t let me pull it! So I called in an the lady was really nasty and told me there was nothing she could do but I can come in and try to sort it out. It’s pouring down raining and my child is sleeping we go inside and thank God for emailed receipts! I showed her the receipt. She then proceeds to tell me it wasn’t there and did I have the right store … It said New Haven on the receipt ‍♀️ Needless to say she ended up giving me my food after about 7 mins arguing with her. I’m there everyday but I will say I won’t be no more… Not all the employees but some of them are rude and incompetent and I don’t do business with the sorts. It’s not my problem McDonald’s app was faulty… That a them problem not a me problem. And I will let everyone know about my experience so beware! Only reason I’m giving them a star at all is because I ended up getting my food at the end of the day.

The chicken nuggets and fries were decent, but the cheeseburgers were typical… dried out and tasteless. It’s amazing to me how we’ve grown accustomed to poor quality. Occasionally, I’ll get a really good burger here, and I get super excited about it. It’s sad to me that I get excited because it was actually prepared properly. Unfortunately, those good ones are rare.

The girl who was working the window told me that she couldn’t print out a receipt but it was paid for, but when I went to get my food I was told to move to the first window. They claimed it wasn’t paid for and put it through again. I looked it up and it was pending twice on my account. Then they did a reverse of the payment. The manager was the rudest person. Instead of her checking the girls machine her screamed at me. She should know how to work with customers. She threw the window shut and walked away. I am going to contact the owner to report this situation.

Every time we go to this McDonald’s they mess the order up wrong food bagels hard as a rock , yes you offered to replace food or a coupon , thats not the point, we come threw the drive threw because we are on our way some were dont have time to turn around if we did are u going to offer gas money
