Very friendly employees! My son got to do a coloring page for a free cookie. The food was suuuper hot and fresh at 3:30pm. The restaurant was clean. Only downside is no refill soda machines in the lobby-but that’s ok, this was a quick visit!

It’s a McDonald’s, but it’s the employees that make it a great McDonald’s! Keep up the amazing work! It makes a difference, especially the food, you can tell they care about the product and not just serving trash food. Which happens to quite a few fast food places. Keeping everyone happy is key! As far as I have been coming here, I have always had a good experience with great food and amazing people!

This ain’t the first Mickey D’s that gave me an egg McMuffin w the egg shells in it that I can taste!! Last one that did that was like 15 years ago of the one in Mt. Clemens!! Thanks guys and it was the first time coming to this McDonald’s in Lenox!!

A decent McDonald’s. Good workers. Service is pretty fast even during lunch time. Drive thru is mostly fast. They mostly get my order correct.
They do need some work on making the sandwiches nicer.

Sick and tired of this location theyre always trying to blend and mix old food with fresh to get rid of it. I ordered a cookie tot of course they put all old cookies on the bottom and 2 fresh ones on top same with the fries I didnt pay for old food

If you guys didn’t want to make the food you could’ve just said you were closed. First meal of my day before a night shift, something said don’t go, they might be closing soon. But I went. Completely disappointed. Old crusty food and enough salt on my fries to use for tomorrow’s lunch and dinner. I threw it away. I’d rather be hungry another 12 hours.
