Delicious experience! I stayed at the attached Marriot hotel for a conference and went to Xochi with some colleagues for dinner. Service was friendly from the hostess to the table and our server was very, very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing, from presentation to flavor. Surprising and delightful! You can’t go wrong with a place that has its own chocolate menu. 5+ stars!

You’ll not get wrong with any drinks and desserts on their menu! The drinks we ordered are alcohol free, for which I’m very happy with what we got. Because for some other places, you still feel the alcohol in the drinks when you told the waiter you’re allergic to alcohol. Love all the desserts we ordered. Hopefully they can have more items on the brunch menu

One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The vibe, and the Oaxacan cuisine is amazing! The food speaks to your senses with its fragrance, bright colors, and pleasant flavors. I have been to Oaxaca; we are lucky to have this restaurant in the states which stays so true to its origin of cuisine.

Xochi is for far the best Restaurant of the Chain. The food is outstanding, great Atmosphere. But what makes this Restaurant stands is the Service. Servers Not just provide excellent service but creates experiences that you will never forget. Ask for Francisco or Virgilio. I guarantee they will make a unforgettable Time.

Our anniversary at Xochi was fantastic! The Restaurant Week menu was carefully crafted and paired perfectly with Mezcal drinks. The duck with mole was a standout, bursting with rich flavors. The city view from our window seat added to the charm. Xochi’s location in Houston’s heart is ideal. We’re planning to return with our kids next time to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine together. A memorable evening indeed!

We went during brunch and they said it was reservations only so we sat at the bar. The food was tasty. I hate beans and they didn’t list beans in the descriptions of the food ingredients so beware if you don’t like beans. I don’t really care for mole either but I can say that my food was still good. I really enjoyed the Helados Elote, it was amazing. I would definitely go back and apparently they have a chef specialty that wasn’t on the menu, I saw someone eating it and it looked good so maybe ask about the chefs special.

Scallops were great, tender and juicy. The potato filled corn tortillas were also delicious. The other menu items were a little lacking in the flavor department though, especially the enchiladas.

It’s a Mexican place and the best part about this place is that they have a separate vegetarian, coffee and dessert menu. The ambience is really good. I tried :

Update: I’ve now tried pretty much everything on the menu. The food is consistently high quality, whether it’s busy or slow. And Carlos has a ton of excellent cocktails and always gives great food recommendation.
