Quick pit stop for an ice cream cone and fries on the way to our destination. This McDonald’s location is clean, easy access, quick service, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Make it one of your stops as well.

Don’t order online and pay through the app in the horrible service. They informed me system was down there after I had place my order 10 minutes before. Gave me a wait time of 20 minutes which I would never wait 20 min at 3 am for a burger. Then I leave and call customer support and they say only the store can cancel orders. I call the store and the manager, for no reason, starts being mean and denying he can refund the order.

Just stopped for a quick bite. The clerk, refused a bill from a customer bc she had locked her thumb to count out the money…all the while the clerk was eating hand to mouth some candy that some brought in….and then putting hands back in the money till Cash register!!!!!! People are amazing.

Edit/Update year later: Went back for the first time this morning. Still horrible. Drive thru got the ENTIRE ORDER wrong. Literally only 2 drinks and 3 breakfast sandwiches (2 of said sandwiches were supposed to be the same thing). Stuff we didn’t even order, we got charged for.

I don’t normally leave reviews for any places but after today’s experience, I unfortunately had to. This was a quick road stop with just 2 orders put in that included a caramel frappe and a mocha frappe to go. We received food, but were waiting on the coffees. All 3 girls working stood by the drive through window/coffee station for 10 minutes. We heard about how one girl’s dad is a Cancer, her boyfriend is a Cancer, and she herself is a Sagittarius, as well as a story about how a customer the day prior argued about how “a coffee was not properly made, having worked prior at a mcdonalds” and that she “clearly didn’t know what she was talking about”; We noticed the mocha frappe on the counter behind them and asked about our order and she gave it to us half melted. Waiting on the caramel frappe, the girl with glasses and long hair asked a friend to open the frappe mix because she had her nails done and didn’t want them damaged, which is against company policy (within the whole time they were standing they didn’t prepare any ingredients or machines until last minute.) When we asked if they could just make a mocha frappe instead of dealing with the caramel ingredients at this point they said “I’m busy.” Directly after us, a group walked in saying they too were waiting on an iced coffee, presumably from the drive through. Ridiculous. Gotta say, maybe the customer from the day before in her story was right then, too.

Stopped here for breakfast while on the road. No wait in the drive-thru at 7.30 on a Sunday morning. Service was quick and good. Food was warm and fresh. Coffee was also hot and fresh.

I enjoyed the couches and newer style seating they had but what really stood out and the reason I’m worrying this review is the customer service. We were on a long road trip and my wife started feeling sick right after I had ordered. She ended up getting sick in the bathroom (which was nice and clean.) Afterwards, she told the person at the counter she had been sick and asked if she could just buy a burger bun to try and help settle her stomach. They said they were sorry she wasn’t feeling well and just gave her the bun telling her not worry about it. Thanks very much, Trina (sorry if that’s not spelled right!)

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star… horrible service and the woman in the window slammed it in our faces after giving us the wrong order to begin with! Then the fries were not fresh the cheese wasn’t melted on the burgers, just all around a horrible situation. I know it’s fast food, but dang do your job right! Even the management was horrible! I will never come to the McDonald’s again! Hire people who actually want to work…. asked for a refund and they just bring out more COLD FOOD! HIRE BETTER MANAGEMENT

I ordered on the app and they didn’t get our order then the lady at the driver through didn’t get our order was no help . She told us to pull on the side and wait to pop out. Got to the counter… then the frappe machine had to get the bag changed and then the employees didn’t know anything and the only employee who knew what they were doing left and another employee had to go fetch them . Getting a refund is just thru the app so we have to wait over half and hour

I asked for a cup of water at drive thru today, this older guy with a beard and glasses told me he could not give me a cup of water because it would mess his flow and that if I really wanted water there was a hose on the grass across and I could drink from there.
