This happens a lot. Pies with no time stamps that you could throw at someone and hurt them because they’re so hard. They also never answer the phone for me to bring this to their attention and get them replaced.

I have never seen such a dirty lobby. They don’t take the food out apparently, even though there’s table numbers you’re supposed to take. I sat waiting 15 mins and found it just sitting on the counter. No drinks. Forgot my kid’s toy. Employees yelling at each other the entire time we were there. With automated kiosks you would think they’d have someone to take care of dine in guests better.

I wish I had her name because I don’t want to get her race wrong but I’m sure she’s Asian. She takes the orders. I promise, she makes my blood boil when she’s there. Not sure if it’s just me she does this to but she will say “go ahead with your order” versus “do you have a rewards code” like everyone else besides her. Then I start my order and she is taking the other lines order. I stop and wait but she then takes 2 other orders on the other side. This isn’t the 1st time neither. I’m never rude to them except her one she starts the interaction off on a negative note. The older gentleman in the window is always so nice which helps to ease the situation but if she hates her job she should find a new one. He’s the reason I gave it 2 stars. The restaurant is usually dirty. The older workers all have attitudes. They pull me forward for pancakes. That takes a hot 30 seconds but by time they bring it out 5 minutes later, the rest of my food is cold. I always have to go back in for my butter. Fast-food hasn’t changed but the mentality of the workers have. They act like the customers are bothering them now. I see why companies are going to automation. One big chick got mad cause I paid with change. It was quarters and gold dollars. If it would have been pennies it wouldn’t have mattered being it’s legal tender. Some of the people who work here need to be in a factory away from people being their personalities doesn’t match with the job description.

If i could give this McDonald one star i would it’s absolutely the worst run McDonald I have ever seen went here for breakfast early in the morning they wasn’t busy at all nobody in drive Thur or in the lobby and when I got home I found my chicken McGriddle with a very dry disgusting piece of chicken I called down there about the sandwich and the manager was very rude about it will not be going here again I can’t believe you can be a manager and be rude to customers

I went there to get my usual iced coffee with espresso shot. It was 8:00 in the MORNING. They informed me I could not have the espresso because the machine needed to be cleaned. I used to work there so I’m well aware that after a certain amount of time, the machine locks and has to go through a cleaning process before it can be used again. The cleaning process takes about 20 minutes. If there is ever a time of day to make sure the machine is up and running, IT SHOULD BE DURING BREAKFAST HOURS! and she didn’t even offer to let me wait for the cleaning process to finish. Was just going to let the machine continue to sit there inoperable when all it took to make it work was a little effort to start a cleaning process. Did I mention I used to work there?! It takes TWO MINUTES to start the cleaning then it takes another like 18 min for the machine to do what it needs to do. It would be one thing if the machine was broken but this was due to nothing but employee LAZINESS!! These fast food workers want $15 an hour but won’t even perform their basic job functions. RIDICULOUS!!!

At night the employees deliberately take orders one at a time to encourage people to drive away. Sometimes they pretend to be closed for obscure reasons. Because there are limited options in the area traffic can get backed up to the road when they do this.

McDonald’s, please have some higher ups review this location. I have been here multiple times throughout the day and have been told their ice cream, frappe/smoothie, McCafé drinks, and frozen coke machine all are not working. As a person who has worked at McDonald’s before, there is no way. That is just pure laziness and workers not wanting to do their job and make the drinks. Every drink in that building takes less than 30 seconds to make and are the easiest things ever to make. You are losing money allowing these workers to do this. Not to mention the reviews are correct, these workers close the doors way earlier than you post they’re supposed to be closed, it is always closed between 2-6am, there is always a line out the door. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Should be closed if you can’t handle the public traffic or you need to raise wages to keep workers. No excuses for a multibillion dollar corporation.
